★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the store employees was not even wearing the mask. I went to this store around noon: upon asking if he was exempted from wearing a mask, he just said he was going just 'there'. I understand that it not a typical retail store but city laws are across the city and for any enclosed space unless you have exemption from the medical practices. Store layout is not very impressive either. Hard to find parking close to the store: this morning was my second attempt since yesterday. It is usually for contractors as they might find it easier to save some money here.

One this if they can improve is the website- they have a lot in store but website doesn’t reflect pretty less. Still worth 5 starts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little hidden gem in Brampton. If you need any kind of plumbing fixture, supply, tool or part, you will be doing yourself a favour by checking this place out. It's small, but it's packed with the latest stuff at excellent prices. They supply contractors, so it's usually quite busy, but even for a consumer like myself, they took the time to help me out with an issue I was having with my bathroom faucet. Plus the part I needed was about 1/2 the price than at Home Depot.
If you know what you need, then check them out. If you just want to browse, they have some displays setup to give you ideas on your next bathroom renovation. Looking for some tools? Check!
