J’ai téléphoné et on m’a dit qu’un technicien me contacterait, ce qui n’est jamais arrivé. J’ai donc demandé que la compagnie m’accomode pour un nouvel appareil. Le vendeur m’a à qui je parlais sur facetime m’a offert un frigo de 600$ à 400$. Arrivé sur place, le prix affiché était déjà 400$. Il m’avait donc menti et revenait sur sa parole en me disant qu’il ne peut me donner un rabais. I bought a refrigerator which stopped working after 4 months, so the 3 month warranty had expired. I called and was told a technician would contact me, which never happened. So I asked the company to provide me with a new device. The salesperson I was talking to on facetime offered me a fridge for $ 600- $ 400. Arrived on site, the displayed price was already $ 400. So he lied to me and was going back on his word by telling me he can't give me a discount.

Leur mentionnant que je suis étudiante et que mon budget ne me permettait pas l’achat d’un autre frigidaire à 600$, ils osent me répondre que c’est normal que j’achète dans l’usagé parce que je suis trop pauvre. Je n’ai jamais vu une compagnie autant être impolis envers leur clientèle. Je déconseille fortement!!! !! WORST SERVICE EVER !! Never buy there. Bought a fridge from their company 5 months ago. It doesn't work at all. Mentioning to them that I am a student and that my budget did not allow me to buy another fridge at $ 600, they dare to tell me that it is normal that I buy secondhand because I am too poor. I have never seen a company be so rude to their customers. I strongly advise against !!!

Le réfrigérateur ne refroidit plus après 3 mois d’achat mais seulement 1 mois d’utilisation. Les horaires du technicien ne correspondent pas pour quelqu’un qui travaille et qui ne peut prendre congé (6h à 14h). Donc aucun moyen de réparer l’électroménager. En bref, un bon GROS gaspillage d’argent. Je ne conseille cette place à personne. Passez votre tour. Very bad experience. Refrigerator that stinks of cigarettes since it was first delivered to me. Impossible to remove the smell. The refrigerator no longer cools after 3 months of purchase but only 1 month of use. The technician's hours do not correspond for someone who is working and who cannot take time off (6 a.m. to 2 p.m.). So no way to fix the appliances. In short, a good BIG waste of money. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Pass your turn.

Bon choix, et livraison très bien, mais le frigo fait un bruit de ventilation aussi bruyant qu'un déshumidificateur, et le cycle automatique de la sécheuse est défectueux (elle s'éiteint et repart seule environ 8 fois pour finir son cycle). Ils ont fait venir un réprarateur mais ce n'est pas réparable. Pire, on m'a dit que tout cela était "normal". On m'a offert 50$ de rabais pour une séchsue dont la caractéristique la plus intéressante ne m'est plus accessible. Je ne racheterai pas à cet endroit.... I bought 4 used appliances (washer, dryer, fridge and oven). Good choice, and delivery very good, but the fridge makes a noise of ventilation as loud as a dehumidifier, and the automatic cycle of the dryer is defective (it stops and starts on its own about 8 times to finish its cycle). They brought in a repairer, but it cannot be fixed. Worse, I was told it was all "normal". I was offered a $ 50 discount for a hair dryer whose most interesting feature is no longer accessible to me. I will not redeem at this location ....

Jacques le vendeur fut agréable, sans pression et nous à arrangée un très bon prix adapté à mon budget. Les 4 électros on été livrées le lendemain et sont tous fonctionnels. Je suis bien satisfaite du service. Nous avons 3 mois de garanti, au cas où il arriverait un pépin. Je recommande ce commerce. For my part, I received excellent service from vision design. Jacques the seller was pleasant, without pressure and we arranged a very good price adapted to my budget. The 4 appliances were delivered the next day and are all functional. I am very satisfied with the service. We have 3 months warranty, in case something goes wrong. I recommend this business.

I	Inna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT PURCHASE. Wish i could give 0 and not 1 /5. They literally delivered half of what was purchased. I got a washer dryer on july 3rd instead of a fridge and stove as planned and promised, so had to wait almost a week to buy food. Plus, they were damaged. Fridge broken we had to spam their store. They would block our number and not answer. When they finally came they replaced the issue with another ISSUE. so we had to run after them AGAIN to get the fridge's issues resolved. The oven had the wrong racks and when the technician came, he used a hammer to FORCE the pieces in. Which again, damaged the item more. The food we cooked fell off thr oven, almost causing a FIRE. it took over 3 weeks to have someone bring the right racks. That is, after calling yhem over 5 times again from private numbers. The receptionist on the phone is rude, and they promise delivery times and NEVER respect them. Do NOT do business with them.

At this place the owner will not trick you or play on you, he will help you & give you what you really need with a suitable price. I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE there, appliances are very clean & fully good condition like a brand new. 5 stars from the purchase to the delivery.
