★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE service. Absolute scam. SAM the supposed owner forget about it. He has no decency or respect. During covid didn't care to clean or wear a mask. The shop is an absolute mess. It started with me mistakenly walking into the store and saying I spoke to someone one the phone. (Was the wrong store, it was actually another computer shop I spoke to) anyways he played me on saying that it was him. Anyways so I show him my computer , and do I tell him sir you need to use my specific cables to start the computer and attach it to a monitor. He says don't worry! He plugs in his VGA cable, and forces in his DC plug. As he is doing so the computer screen isn't reading my computer. Nothing is working. So what ended up happening due to his lazy handling of the cables and not understanding from his client how to handle the product he almost sorted a computer (cause 1500$ in damages(( worth of the computer)) ) and then proceeds to tell me that I brought in a broken computer when I had just wiped it the morning of and fixed it. Sure enough he tells me to bug off. If you have any sense anyone don't go see him or this junk store. It really is a virus. As well I will be leaving a nice letter to the Office of Consumer Protectors and maybe a nice note to Health Canada / Public health. Hope you recieve this loud and clear Sam.
Eventually I found the right store we managed to fix it and it was sold the day of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great service over there, a great deal too. Yes it's crowded, but that isn't and shouldn't be an issue, the guy owns a lot of computers so it does take some space.
Overall not so sure why there's bad reviews.
