★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took two iPhone 7 to get repaired. One with a totally dead screen, the other with a very bad battery. The one with the dead screen needed to be diagnosed as it could have been another issue. They repaired both in under 1.5 hours and even replaced the screen protector on one of the phones without charge. Very good experience, I definitely recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an appointment for battery replacement and was told that they needed my passcode for calibration. For iPhones, that’s essentially giving limitless access to my passwords stored in iCloud’s “Passwords”, which included my bank accounts, email accounts, etc. That’s a HUGE red flag. I left without getting it serviced here, so I went to Apple for an official servicing, which DID NOT ask for my passcode. It was $20 more than micro-techno’s offer but well worth my account security. I would avoid any place that ask for your passcode.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had the batteries replaced in our iPhones last summer. We were impressed at how professional they were. Efficient and very well priced. A few months later, one of the phones stopped charging fully so we went back to get it repaired. They said it was a battery issue and they replaced it at no charge. We insisted that we would like to at least pay for labour but they wouldn’t take a penny. This is the most honest iPhone repair shop ever. Don’t bother going elsewhere. You’ll get good value and solid performance.
