★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shisha there is pretty decent, however the staff is what made my experience there 2 stars. I got white taxed multiple times (shisha is 15+tx yet I get charged 20). The couches are also "reserved" all the time for their friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to work at this establishment a year or so ago from Today. I used to be the Shisha Maker here at Café Chez Zaza.
During my time there, I learnt alot. I was coming from a different culture (i.e. Italian) and working at a Lebanese Establishment. I learnt how to make a perfect shisha, and with that, I had even created my own flavor! (Summer Mix FYI).
The team there are really thoughtful. I do go there from time to time just to see everyone, but the people there are really nice.
The quality of Shisha and food are a perfect blend of a Lebanese experience, and I would recommend anyone to go if they would like to experience such a thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chez Zaza is my favorite shisha cafe. The staff is friendly and chill. It kinda looks like an old cafeteria, but I like it that way. It's simple and cozy.
I love to go in the afternoon, when the sun shines through the large windows. It's not too loud or too crowded. The perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious mango smoothie.
Food is good too. They have healthy salads, poutine and some sandwiches.
