★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being new to Canada (fresh from the UK), we had a lot of questions around the idiosyncrasies of the Canadian housing market, specifically around the closing process and the dark and inimical world of NRST. By some quirk of circumstance, Virginia was recommended to help us iron-out some misunderstandings we had with respect to our NRST-status.
We inundated Virginia and team with what must have felt like a biblical deluge of questions. All questions were nonetheless answered concisely and in lay-persons terms. They didn’t even need to craft an ark.
We consequently recently closed on our first Canadian home during which the team were thoughtful, considered and approachable and after the positive experience we cannot countenance using any other legal team.
