She knows her information and if she doesn’t she goes the extra mile to find out and let you know. Michele always responds to my voicemail or emails promptly. Every time I have to talk to her it’s like I’m talking with a family member. I was in a very bad car accident she right away took care of me. She is a house hold name in my family. Thank you Michele for always going above and beyond for myself and my family.

I’ve been in a car accident and she immediately put in my auto claim, as well as a personal claim which helped me go to physio for 2 years afterward. She’s been so helpful with the purchasing of 2 homes, and has gone that extra mile of giving me her personal phone number if we’re down to the crunch and I need anything immediately. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I personally worked with Michele (who was my broker) she was helpful, knowledgeable, approachable and was very quick to respond to any questions. You feel more like family with this company! I definitely recommend giving this company your business. Aside from the amazing employees they have here the rates are amazing and extremely fair. As a young driver I was easily able to afford my own car and insurance. 5 stars!!

Unfortunately my original quote was now being jacked up in price due to a (NOT AT FAULT ACCIDENT) Michele kindly provided several letters for the new insurer; one of them being I was "NOT AT FAULT" for the accident. My happy ending is; I decided to stay with Michele @ Affiliated for more reasons than I could write today. The moral of the story is stick with the person who will always be there for you, who takes pride in her work, and always goes the extra mile for her clients!
