A	Art Schultz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walkaway or GAP as it is called is not what they say they are. Their advertising says up to $50,000 will be covered for any shortfall that Insurance does not cover. Any!!! I had a total loss claim and was shorted over $10,000 That’s right, $10,000 was shorted . Up to 50K NO asterisk next to it. So when they sell you a car and a disaster occurs they won’t back up what they ADVERTZiSE Which is “Walkaway” Not happy in Windsor be careful !

My father was diagnosed with terminal cancer and as he battled Walkaway paid twelve consecutive of his monthly payments and upon his passing we returned his car and then Walkaway paid off the shortfall negative equity. My dad and later my mom, were treated with care and compassion by the claims folks - despite an emotional time for us it was good to know that this financial burden was looked after. Thank you, thank you, thank you - a wonderful product and wonderful people. Highly recommended!

T	TIm Middleton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father purchased this walkaway plan in October 2020 during a pandemic which this policy has alot of fine print, so hopefully if you purchased this walkaway insurance you will not have to use it because the customer service agent I spoke to was as compassionate as snake , absolutely no compassion just trying to make things more difficult and make us jump through hoops to try and use this coverage.

At first , I wanted to reject it but he said so many thing might happen during 8 years of my finance term, so I accepted. after few months of having my vehicle, I got laid off and I was extremely happy that I purchased insurance. Afzul at walkaway insurance was extraordinary, professional, responsible , responsive, caring and amazing person who helped me through out my claim. I really appreciate what he had done for me. god bless him.
