My representative Michelle Bisson in the Rental Office section was extremely helpful with my needs. Keeping me updated and making sure that my concerns where dealt with. She is a pleasure to deal with and always has a smile on her face.
A	Amalie Churchill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelle, who works in the office made it very easy to move in here. Excellent service. The apartments are nice and spacious with lots of storage space. The rent is fair, but you do have to pay extra for parking. Neighbours seem nice too. :)
S	Samia Habbou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CLV Group is working hard on improving their premises on Virginia Street. Their work on the landscape makes it a pleasant neighborhood to walk in, and live in. When I moved in my apartment, it had been all re-painted and freshened up. The new employees make a good team: they show a lot of dedication and enthusiasm, which was not necessarily the case with the previous ones. Of course, there are still improvements to be done, but overall living here is a good experience. A special mention for Michelle who always engages with residents. She is a great communicator, and obviously cares for her job, and the image of CLV Group. Here are a few suggestions for improvements: adding a washing machine and a dryer to each floor; putting a card system for the machines instead of coins only; removing those big heavy doors on the floors because we have so many doors to open and close!! When bringing in heavy things or groceries, it is really annoying because there is no elevator; not allowing big dogs in the apartments, and reminding the owners to keep them leashed and quiet. I had a few serious issues with some tenants' dogs here!

What made my experience enjoyable was the CLV Group's representative Michelle Bisson. She was on time well organized and well informed about the each property and the area, including current promotions and incentives for potential tenants. She is easily approachable and enjoyable to talk too regarding CLV Group and their good creditable in the residential market, in Kingston. In my opinion she enjoys her job and she is will fitted to represent or be the face of CLV Group.

The apartment was very clean upon moving in and I was impressed with the thoroughness of the move-in inspection. Since then I have found the neighbourhood to be very nice and rural-like and close to the transit line as well as shops near by. I also am very impressed with how quickly I am able to get a response from Michelle and how much attention to detail she has in her follow ups; very impressive tracking system CLV basin the way of getting maintenance done within the apartments themselves. I am looking very forward to this coming year in the Virginia Street Apartments! Thanks again to everyone who made my move in go smoothly!
T	Tina Bevins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent is fair for a 2 bedroom but hard to get repairs done, takes forever and the cleanliness of the building is poor, as it only gets done once a week, if that. I have lived here for 5 years and we have gone through 5 property managers and 2 property owners, so that should tell you about these buildings.

The maintenance doesn’t exist, we asked for screen doors Feb 2021, we moved our end of December 2021 without screen doors for nearly a year. I think I saw someone vacuum the building maybe a handful of times with the two years we’ve lived there. Everything about the place was poorly kept. Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere. This place is not worth it.
