The management are very friendly, and really professional, the apartment was very clean , if I ask for repair it definitely done , in a week or less , Bill and loretta are always helpful , the building is quite , lot of parking always available , price is all inclusive , and cogeco lines there are super fast

Would suggest staying far away from these apartments... we moved in here and had nothing but issues since day 1. from the landlord trying to make us pay for damages in other apartments (even after proving it was unrelated to us) and attempting to give us false information regarding the tenant act and insulting us. When we first asked for a copy of our lease we were told it wasn't fully signed but had been sent to head office, when we asked for a number for said "head office" we were told they didn't have to give us any information. turns out there is no head office and we were lied to on multiple occasions. She will make up rules randomly without any notice and when questioned about them the landlord will tell you to move somewhere else if you don't like it.... RESPONSE TO OWNER: I find it weird that my dog now suddenly "damaged" the apartment considering you were in it the day we moved out and didn't seem to note any damages during the move out inspection...hmmm... and in regards to you "vouching" for us, it was because when homestead initially contacted you the first time for a reference they were told by the owner that she didn't know who we were despite showing our apartment a few days before, so I had you call them back because you blatantly lied to them and in the end homestead decided we were treated unfairly after providing them proof we were in the right and had lived there (homestead has been wonderful and actually replies to your messages). If you feel in the right and that my dog "damaged" the apartment and want to take the matter further I STRONGLY encourage you to take the matter before the Ontario tenant board, I'm sure they would be happy to review all my pictures/e-mails/videos/texts/and audio recordings which I saved of every interaction and conversation. ~And if we were that bad of tenants like you stated you should have let us leave a month after starting the tenancy as we tried to do. We just don't want to see someone have to go through the same stress and anxiety we endured during our tenancy.

Great apartment, quiet with very close acess to shopping areas. The building is well kept and and very clean. Bill and Virginia are also a great to deal with and very helpful during my time there.

Very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of this group. Even though I did not end up leasing from them, I was still treated very kindly and respectfully and with a high degree of attentiveness. Grateful to have met with Bill and I will be calling upon them in the future if I am in need of a new place in Kingston. :)

Looked into renting here, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, was unable to follow through. After a short discussion with the landlord, my entire deposit was promptly returned to me even after having been accepted, when the deposit should technically have been forfeit. Staff were easy to reach and provided a very polite, professional and personal interaction throughout the process. The understanding of my situation afforded by the staff was greatly appreciated, and though I can't speak as to having lived there myself, I can certainly vouch for the integrity of the landlord.

I have been living in this apartment for almost two years now and had moved here from Mississauga. I was very tight on time and wanted to rent quickly at the time as I was starting my job in Kingston. Within a couple of days, management was able to check my references and get the lease started. I requested the unit be cleaned and repainted which they also did for me. I requested the oven changed and they had no problem doing that either. The superintendent was kind enough to lend me his trolley the day I moved. In two years I had no significant issues with the apartment at all. The rent is cheap compared to other parts of the city, the bus stop is right by the buildings, the neighborhood is clean and friendly, and the building is quiet and well maintained (new windows installed last year and roof replaced), stores and restaurants down the street. Highly recommended.

I lived there for a year with my spouse, had nothing but a good experience. Fast turnaround for work orders, quick maintenance, hassle free rent payment. Super flexible lease options for military members too! Thanks for everything Bill!

Lived here for a year! Cheap, hassle-free, and friendly landlord and staff. Neighbourhood is clean and quiet. I was nervous about moving to the Rideau Heights but this is a hidden gem. Get in now before the bridge is built! Would recommend without a doubt. Thanks to Bill, the super friendly property manager.
