Today my wife was driving her vehicle (which she did not buy there nor is it a Chrysler product) and she needed to add some air in her tires before continuing down the highway to SK. I called the service dept and got Kevin on the phone and he was so accommodating!! He took her vehicle in on the fly and got the air to the correct pressures and sent her on the way in a matter of minutes. Refused payment. In and out and so friendly! 11/10 would deal with again.

My bad luck turned to good fortune as it happened right outside of Virden Chrysler. I walked in at 4:30 PM on a busy day fully expecting to be turned away. After I explained my situation, Kevin in the service department immediately got me in to get things checked out. Despite the busy day, the challenging diagnosis, and the fact the dealership had already been closed for half an hour, multiple employees continued to work diligently on my situation. Aaron and Markus in the service department eventually fixed the issue and made it possible for me to arrive to my event on time. While I was waiting I had Brandy in service keeping me updated, Andrew the GM searching for parts, and even Shelby in accounting figuring out ways to help. To top it off, the bill was extremely fair considering. At no time in the process did I feel like I was an inconvenience to anyone. The service I received from the Virden Chrysler team was above and beyond yet appeared to be standard practice for them. I will be recommending this dealership to as many people as possible.
