Our Philosophy
Every dog is a a good dog in the right situation: at VIP Pet Care we truly believe this.
Each dog is unique based on their past, present and personalities. We feel that it is important to offer and provide the best environment and play groups tailor-made for each personality type and needs of the individuals. These range from playful puppy groups to calm senior citizen groups and even one-on-one play time with staff members.
Socialization is an important part of a dogs' daily life and at VIP we are dedicated to fulfilling this need!

Their young uneducated employees clearly don't know how to handle their dogs, and use abusive methods of correcting behavior such as seen in this picture.

I was looking into other places for my dog but I decided this is a very safe and clean place. I took Karen there way over a year ago and she remembered the way over there she was very excited ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY! We called them to board our dog for the weekend and asked if we could do the “late drop off/late pickup” combo option. They said “no problem!” Their hours on the site clearly say regular drop off hours on Fridays are 3-8 pm, so one would assume that “late” drop off means anytime after 8, and since someone should be staying with the dogs overnight that shouldn’t be an issue.
On the day of, we called around 7:30 to say we’d be arriving at about 9:30, and the lady on the phone said that wouldn’t work because they send all their staff home at 9. WHY WOULD WE PAY TO BOARD OUR DOGS SOMEWHERE WHEN IT’S THE SAME AS LEAVING THEM LOCKED UP HOME ALONE?! If a dog is as freaking out, choked on a blanket, etc. no one would know until the morning.
The reviews on Google make it look like a decent place but if you look on Facebook, all the reviews are bad. Just recently saw a post about one of the workers holding a dog dangling in the air by its leash around its neck. APPALLING.
Other places to board dogs all require a screening appointment to ensure the dogs are a right fit for the environment, but VIP Pet Care doesn’t require this. This makes me think it’s just a free-for-all with dogs ganging up on and bullying each other. STAY AWAY!
