Mr Lam helped my back injury over a couple of months. However, I did contract COVID-19 from this clinic and was not contacted by the clinic to inform me I was in contact with a case! They don’t care about the patients . If you want to spare a headache, risk of getting sick seek treatment elsewhere.

I had chiropractic treatments from Dr. Lam. He knows what he’s doing and exactly what my body needs. He included spinal decompression for my disc herniation that shot pain down my legs. The treatments helped tremendously. I’m very grateful for his caring attitude because he didn’t push unnecessary treatments. Now I come in every two weeks to get a spinal tune up. Overall, Dr. Lam is a skilled chiropractor providing the best treatments. He truly cares about his patient’s problems and I appreciate that he consistently advises how to fix and prevent the pain from coming back. You can truly see that Dr. Lam has a caring heart to help and care for his patients. True health care is what all the VIP staff and professionals display with each and every visit. I highly recommend this clinic!

My experience at VIP has been exceptional. From the minute you enter their facility, the receptionist Vivian welcomes you with a comforting smile that makes you feel at ease despite your pain. She is ready to help and nothing is too much for her to deal with "even difficult clients", she remains calm (while waiting in the waiting room I witnessed how she handles each case in a unique way). Maria whom gets you ready to see Dr. Lam is another key piece of the puzzle. She is the first person that you see before you actually have a consultation with Dr Lam; she is very knowledgeable and experienced. Maria gives you a sense of security preparing you to have the best care before all your concerns will be addressed. Dr. Lam I must say is a REAL DOCTOR (CHIROPRACTOR) I am a nurse and in my 10 years I have seen many Doctors. He really likes what he does, it really shows in the way he listens to you and answers all of your questions, that alone makes the patient feel much better, let alone his expertise when he is diagnosing and treating your particular issue. I wasn't able to sleep for 3 consecutives nights and after the first treatment I was able to sleep again and my pain started to slowly but surely get better. He recommended massage and SD and I am happy to say that I am on my way to recovery. I must mention that it was my first time getting a therapeutic massage and it was out of this world, Kyle takes the time and makes sure that your pain is better by the time he is done. I would highly recommend this Clinic to everybody, my husband, my mother and father in law have been to see Dr. Lam before and they couldn't be happier with their treatment, they haven't come back because their back pain have never bother them again I thank you for taking the time with each patient, the quality care you provide and for sharing your expertise with us. I am very happy with your services, I will keep on coming back!

The acupuncture experience was amazing, he knew immediately how to resolve the back pain based in my answers to his questions.

Dr. Lam and his staff provides great customer service to all their clients no matter their age, sex or ethnic background. They are always courteous and helps in all aspects by providing their clients with the proper advice when it comes to their insurance policies and always willing to accommodate payments accordingly if you don'thave insurance. I have referred my entire family, all my friends and co-workers to his office for care and to this day not one person has been unsatisfied.

I've been going to vip for about 10 years. Dr Lam is a great Chiropractor however his staff members needs to do their job. A few times i'm having treatment done and the staff calls my cell and leaves a message to remind me. I missed my appt. As my appt is completed they realise i'm at my appt. What a joke! The office manager on many occasions has stood outside the door and peeked into the room as my treatment was being done. Very unprofessional. I've asked for a "Proffessional Discount" as i work in healthcare and recently lost my insurance. I was provided with a package of 12 treatment that was not needed. I was told in order to get a discount you need to commit to 12 txt at almost $700 and that needs to be payed up front. I politely declined and found another amazing office who valued me as a patient.

I would give this place zero if i could. My husband had a Massage appointment. They cancelled it last minute without notifying him.He showed up to find out they had cancelled his appointment. They said that they are having some issues with Manulife so there not able to service people with Manulife. My husband has been going there for awhile now and has always paid for his Massage because they are not covered by Manulife. Which they are fully aware of. Talk about poor customer service experience. My husband has had a sore neck for 3 days now only for them to cancel his appt and turn him away. We will never return to this place again.
