J	Justin Lalumiere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front receptionist needs to be fired. I've come here a dozen times(11 to be exact) and every single time she is rude and unprofessional. She is more worried about her personal phone calls than people seeing a doctor. Today I came in and waited for 25 minutes in line. When I got to the front she flipped the sign and said "clinic is closed you need to come back" When I asked her when the clinic closed. She told me 2 hours ago. Yet left the clinic open sign up for an additional 2 hours. I will NEVER come back to this clinic because of the receptionist alone.
V	Vane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now they lying getting rid of patients saying they dont work anymore there,and you need to go somewhere else,on the phone this new female supposed "Doctor" who sounds evasive and not willing to help either,saying she is Not accepting patients,and that Dr Lu,Dr Almadah ,Dr Grewal,etc they choosed their favorite patients? to stay with them just a few !!not too many patients...what a bunch of lazy staff .
S	Sebastiaan Welvering on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I feel the doctor could be a bit more informative. I found the receptionist more helpful and caring than the doctor. Pretty sure there is something wrong with my health as I've been struggling for two years with a range of bad symptoms. What's actually wrong if it's one thing or a few is hard for me to say because I'm not a doctor. Maybe I have it wrong but I thought the clinics acted as a filter for the hospitals, if its serious you are told to go to the hospital. Been to this location twice in two years and both times I've been told "if you are worried about your health, you need to go to the hospital" well I'm not sure if I should be worried, you guys need to tell me! I understand they see a lot of patients and work long hours with little or no breaks so they have my respect but I find it pointless going there when I leave questioning if I'm okay or not, seriously I was hoping to find out.
m	michele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this appt for my husband because he has been having joint pain in his hip, and heart issues that cause pain in his chest since before covid. The receptionist was polite but the doctor was rude and dismissive and wouldn't even let my husband explain his issues at all he tried to just send him to the hospital when all we needed was a xray referral and a ECG. I dont know how this guy has a medical licence.
P	Paradissa Prosser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming to this clinic for a number of years. The doctors here especially Dr Lu are always very professional. The receptionist always greets me warmly. There are times I’ve had to wait 2 hours. It’s a walk in clinic. Be a bit understanding its not instant . I’ve witnessed people screaming at the receptionist at on a number of occasions. She always handles it with grace. I’ve always been treated politely. You get what you give. People are not happy when they don’t feel good or concerned about their health understandably. But the receptionist has to deal with that. So if she seems a bit abrupt. Is it possible she has been snapped at half the day?
G	Great Kitty “Kat-ast-rophy” Senpai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionists were wonderful and friendly. Wait wasnt long but the doctor seemed dismissive and just kept saying I should have went to the hospital and not empathetic whatsoever. Felt more like I was just another number then a human being.
G	Gino Colello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave up on this clinic long ago. There two doctor: one Asian and one white. The Asian just ignored you, he is there to pass people quickly. Will not listen. The white doctor, will make you seat in the stretcher and he will scrub his genitals against your knee. This is awful.
U	Unknown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i went into the clinic for a scheduled appointment and went to the front desk and informed the black receptionist about the appointment made by the doctor himself. She immediately asked for an appointment card but i received the information via telephone call, I informed her about how I got the appointment and she abruptly got irritated, raised her voice at me and tried to kick me out because I don't have an appointment card. Luckily, the doctor, who set up said appointment saw me and at the front desk, stopped the receptionist from yelling at me, and scolded her because she was suppose to have it written down on her book. She admitted that she "forgot" and the doctor himself allowed me into the medical room. The overall, examination went smoothly, but when it's time to reschedule another appointment, the doctor had to physically oversee the same receptionist, who yelled at me for not having an appointment card, to see that I get a new appointment card. The doctor had to watch the same receptionist to physically write the information in her book just to schedule the new appointment, he had to examine the new appointment card to see if she wrote the correct information. Overall, the black receptionist was called out for not doing her job in front of the doctor. #justice
