N	Nicole Benoit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had Vince do some minor work on my vehicles and had no problem but recently I just replaced the Brakes and Roters on my VW Tiguan and had to bring the car back numerous occasions as I heard a squeaking noise. Finally the car made the noise when I returned the vehicle back... Vince honoured the Warranty and replaced the breaks.. great right... I noticed a rattling noise so decided to bring it back to my normal mechanic to find out I paid $800.00 for the lowest/crappiest grade breaks you could possibly get and that the breaks were not connected to the mechanism properly and were loose which was causing the rattling sound. Vince himself was great to deal with but it would have cost me $800.00 taking my car to VW for proper quality breaks and such. Very Disappointed.

I've never felt like any extra work he reccomended was unnessecary, and over the years they've caught a few things that could have been pretty detrimental and costly in the long run. Would reccomend, three thumbs up.

Vince picked up the car and serviced it all before she was done work. All for a reasonable price. Will definately consider using Vince's Auto for any future maintenance.

Vince got me in right away, explained my options in detail, and I was done in 30 minutes. As a woman, I'm always nervous of being taken advantage of by mechanics, but it was clear he just wanted to help and wasn't trying to squeeze extra money out of me. Can't recommend enough - thank you Vince!
