★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Village Dental goes above and beyond to accommodate your schedule. I live in Powell River an area where a dental appointment is impossible to secure. I called Village Dental not only did they get me in they ensured I was able to schedule around the ferry schedule. The staff there were fantastic from the front of the house all the way to the back, professional and courteous. As a person who isn’t fond of attending a dentist I felt comfortable and at ease with the work done. I recommend them to everyone I know! I will definitely return to the office again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Village Dental is a modern dental office with friendly, helpful staff. They offer lots of options to book and manage appointments which is handy for those who work full-time during the week. I’ve also had really positive experiences when bringing in my toddler for check-ups. He never feels scared or uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and professional staff. During my procedure (invisalign installation) they made sure to keep checking if I was comfortable including getting me a blanket and made sure give me more freezing when necessary. They also gave a thorough explanation before the procedure so I knew what to expect including the affects of epinephrine so I knew why I was feeling a certain way. Always nice to have Babar (therapy dog) come check on you midway as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like I had said before, seeing the dentist is nobody's idea of fun, or an enjoyable way to spend time. That said, my experience(s) with the Village Dental House have been very positive and not painful at all. Uncomfortable, like one would expect, but not painful. Dr Cyr and her assistant (sorry, forgot her name again) do their utmost to make the experience as comfortable as possible. A little extra freezing, if required, doesn't hurt the cause :). So, I like to express my thanks to her and all the staff at the Village Dental House.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Village Dental is an easy 5 stars and even easier recommendation to make. Every single member of their staff is professional, friendly, and takes great care in their work. It is really clear that there is a good energy in the office and it comes through in the way everyone there interacts with their clients and each other. Living on the Coast means you may not have as many choices for any kind of service that you need, so it is a real win when you find a provider that is the among the best you have experienced anywhere, and that is the case here. Glad I found them for myself and my family.

The office was a hive of activity when I visited, but I was in and out of the office in the exact time I was quoted. The front desk were super organized and friendly. A serious upgrade from some other experiences I've had elsewhere. Thank you for the great service Village Dental House! and PS...keep the awesome musical soundtrack going...it's always nice to have some music playing at the Dentist office :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for first rate, state of the art, efficient, and compassionate dental care you have to come to Village Dental House. From the exceptionally friendly and caring staff to the sweetest therapy dog on earth, you really couldn't ask for a more positive experience for yourself and your children. The dental house is so clean and modern it feels super hygienic, and the equipment is seriously cutting edge. Both dentists I have seen here are so calm and proficient, and they really take the time to explain things and offer suggestions to get you the smile you'd like in addition to having the healthiest mouth you can have. My appointment today was so efficient - took less time than expected and was truly painless. I can't say enough good things!!
