★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our motor home broke down on the highway outside Kenora and was towed to the nearest repair facility, which was the above business. This happened on a Saturday and they were closed until Monday. Sent an email to the owner, Stef, and explained the presence of our motor home in their yard.
Attended Monday in the morning and spoke with “Mike”, who said that he would contact me as soon as he knew something. Later, that same day, he called and said that it was ready to go.
The charge was reasonable and I deeply appreciated that they were able to give me priority. In fact, my Accomodation and meal expenses for three days were more than the cost of the repair.
A big thank you to Stef and Mike.
