★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service, aucun retour d'appel. Ils prélèvent la mensualité après la fin du service. J'ai eu la visite d'un débutant et j'ai payer du temps en surplus. Augmentation des frais sans m'en aviser. Je ne les recommande pas du tout
Very bad service, no return calls. They collect the monthly payment after the end of the service. I had a beginner's visit and I pay extra time. Increase in fees without notifying me. I don't recommend them at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En 5 ans, j'ai du remplacer chacun des détecteurs à mes frais, même si j'avais un contrat. Après plus de 5 ans à payer pour ce contrat, je décide de le canceller, et on me charge un mois de pénalité... Je ne recommande pas du tout...
In 5 years, I had to replace each of the detectors at my expense, even if I had a contract. After more than 5 years to pay for this contract, I decide to cancel it, and I am charged a month of penalty ... I do not recommend at all ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après plus de 10 ans avec cette compagnie, je déménage et n'a plus besoin de système d'alarme. J'ai acheté les équipements lors de l'installation! Mais des frais de 50$ sont demandé pour fermer le dossier. DÉ-CE-VANT!
After more than 10 years with this company, I'm moving out and no longer needs an alarm system. I bought the equipment during the installation! But a fee of $ 50 is required to close the file. DISAPPOINTING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un des pires service à la clientèle que j'ai vu! J'ai appelé 1 mois avant la fin du contrat pour prévoir le débranchement et ils m'ont dit de rappeler dans 1 mois! Je rappele et on me demande un courriel, ce que je fais et je demande une confirmation de débranchement, mais aucun retour. Il a fallu que je rappele et ils voulaient me charger un dernier mois alors que j'avais fait les démarches avant et ça s'est sans dire que je me suis fait raccrocher au nez! Le détecteur pour animaux ne fonctionnait pas et j'ai eu un chat un peu plus d'un an après l'installation et il a fallu que je paye pour le faire remplacer sous prétexte que la garantie est finie! RIEN de positif avec cette compagnie! À bannir complètement de vos choix!!!
One of the worst customer service I have seen! I called 1 month before the end of the contract to plan the disconnection and they told me to call back in 1 month! I call back and I am asked for an email, what I do and I ask for a confirmation of disconnection, but no return. I had to call back and they wanted to charge me for the last month when I had done the legwork before and it goes without saying that I was hung up! The pet detector did not work and I had a cat a little more than a year after installation and I had to pay to have it replaced on the pretext that the warranty is finished! NOTHING positive with this company! To banish completely from your choices !!!
