 I waited half an hour on the phone without having been able to speak to someone and the incompetence was cut off. Hay spit service.

Unable to speak with someone for all the invoices we receive, unable to put in pre-authorized payments to decrease the administration required and even unable to only request to receive invoices by email ...

â â â â â J'ai appelĂ© le service Ă la clientĂšle j'ai attendue 20 minutes et 2 fois je me suis fait couper la communication je devais rappeler Ă chaque fois pour attendre encore 20 minutes, j'ai aussi laissĂ© un message et jamais on m'a retournĂ© mon appel. TrĂšs déçu du service
I called customer service I waited 20 minutes and 2 times I had my communication cut off I had to call back each time to wait another 20 minutes, I also left a message and I was never returned my call. Very disappointed with the service

si je n'aurais pas une machine chubb, je me sauverais de passé a travers leur systÚme téléphonique. je dois passé par trois personnes avant d'arriver a la ville de québec ...... ca arrive que je me pers dans le service en anglais et que je dois recommencer.
they provide good service once there, but it takes a minimum of three calls before you can speak to someone.
if i didn't have a chubb machine, i would save myself from going through their phone system. I have to go through three people before arriving in Quebec City ...... it happens that I get confused in the service in English and that I have to start over.

Avant de payer l'une d'entre elles j'aimerais que l'on communique avec moi pour y voir plus clair.
Je me demande si je vais continuer avec cette compagnie de télé-surveillance.
On several occasions, I tried to communicate by email AND telephone with them, without success. Within a month, I received a bundle of invoices for remote monitoring costs.
Before paying for one of them I would like someone to contact me to see more clearly.
I wonder if I will continue with this remote monitoring company.

Une de celles-ci visait la pĂ©riode du 27 septembre 2019 au 26 septembre 2020 avec Ă©chĂ©ance au 7 novembre 2019. Elle a d'ailleurs Ă©tĂ© payĂ©e l'an passĂ© le 11 novembre 2019. Les deux autres sont respectivement pour les mois d'octobre et novembre 2020.
Avant de payer quelque montant que se soit, j'aimerais que l'on communique avec moi afin de dĂ©mĂȘler l'imbroglio qui semble y avoir dans mon dossier. PremiĂšrement, j'avais convenu l'an passĂ© de payer les frais en un seul versement. J'avais d'ailleurs reçu une facture pour toute l'annĂ©e. J'aimerais que cela continue.
On se demande sérieusement si nous ne devrions pas changer de compagnie de télé-surveillance.
I tried several times to communicate with them by phone. At the beginning of the month, I received three invoices for remote monitoring costs at the same time. One of these covered the period from September 27, 2019 to September 26, 2020 with a deadline of November 7, 2019. It was also paid last year on November 11, 2019. The other two are respectively for the months of October and November 2020.
Before paying any amount whatsoever, I would like someone to contact me to sort out the mess that seems to be in my file. First, I agreed last year to pay the fees in a lump sum. I had also received an invoice for the whole year. I would like this to continue.
We're seriously wondering if we shouldn't change our remote surveillance company.

â â â â â Facturation vraiment bizarre, pas de retour de courriel et attente interminable au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Je veux couper mon abonnement, aucun service en ligne etc. Je ne recommande pas.
Really weird billing, no return email and endless wait on the phone. I want to cut my subscription, no online services etc. I do not recommend.
