Ils m'ont donné rendez-vous pour un service à la maison un jeudi entre 7:30 et midi et ne se sont pas présenté.
They gave me an appointment for a service at home on a Thursday between 7:30 and noon and did not show up.

Wow, where to start? Illico &co: The worst television system ever designed, an interface from the tertiary era but with the bonus of a remote control where 90% of the keys will never be useless except to satisfy a vague estimate from a neusrasthenic Japanese engineer and depressive… in short, go your way or suffer the pangs of unproductive and incredibly frustrating meandering pitonnage.

You might want to reconsider Videotron. Went on Holidays, and had the travel plan. I already had my phone that was fully functional for Canada and the states; and before leaving I had inquired what I had to do. And that it would be $11/ a day (24 Hr period) when in the Bahamas; Well, my phone stopped working for me On December 30th, after meeting up with family in Orlando. And I could not get it to work until Jan 4th, when I had to get my son to call in once we drove back into Canada. Then they activated my phone, where I could make calls only; but I could still not receive calls, texts or have use to the internet. I finally got things working on the 6th. Which was frustrating, because it’s my business phone? After talking to them, I found out that they are charging me $1200 for Dec 31st and January 1; the two days that I was in the Bahamas; which should have been $11/day. On top of that, I had no service and my phone was not working. They said that it was because I used 5 megabytes. So from Jan 4th, until Feb 6th, I have been calling almost every couple of days to resolve this; in where a supervisor is suppose to call me back, and it has not happened yet. And it is mainly due to the fact that they did not activate things on their side. I took the time and effort to make sure I had things done properly before leaving on holidays, and been trying to rectify this nightmare; and I keep on getting pushed around and ignored. And on top of this, they are going to want interest on this. I am not paying for something that they said I was covered for, and because they messed up on their side. They said I would have got a text or email to confirm, but never received any; and it is kind of hard to, if your phone has been frozen by them. The fact that companies take advantage of you, and ignore in resolving issues; is frustrating and unfair. Do think twice, before going with this company, especially if you are travelling.

The worst telecommunications company I have had the misfortune to encounter anywhere in the world. They have made numerous accounting mistakes with my account (always in their favour!) and will only communicate by phone, not email to resolve these. From Australia this is difficult and expensive. WHEN you can get through to talk to someone they promise the world but nothing ever happens. I have been trying for 2 months to get them to send me a promised and agreed credit. Use someone else!!

I got their Helix service, pure garbage, no way to configure even the most basic network settings (I used to use an adblocking/parental control DNS). This does not even count the weird fixation on voice services that the service has. Lost all interest, I'll take the hot and cancel everything with them.
