★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most service interruptions, slow internet paired with horrible service. When they send a bell technician they cancel to prioritize bell customers. I was with them for 4 years and lost internet every few months for varying amounts of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restarted the modem due to slow internet speed, it has been almost 2 hours that the modem cannot connect to the internet. The modem was bought from Transat Telecom. Slow and interrupted internet is usual for Transat Telecom. Reliability is very low.
Update: Transat Telecom contacted me and tried to fix the issue. However, I still experience lags with my remote desktop connection. I will give them 4 star for a great and responsive customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't need a super fast internet. Just a reliable one. Works well for a few months and then boom. It's as if we hit a wall and everything crawls until I call and then after a conversation or two, everything magically goes back to okay speed! Why does this need to happen? Why do I have to call 3, 4x a year to complain? The people are very nice on the phone but I don't want to deal with the aggrevation anymore. Please improve your system, Transat! Please!!!

I have Internet + Home Phone line with them.
I love them for the following reasons:
1- They have the Best Price.
2- Their response time is always very Quick (for both customer service + technical support).
3- Employees are very friendly, polite, professional... You can see that they care about giving you the best possible service.
4- They are Honest.
5- There internet never let me down in 3 years, except for a very brief period in September 2021. That was a great occasion for me to evaluate their customer support. They were very responsive and hard working to solve the problem. They seems to be very well organized. I am convince it wasn't there fault and that it was due to some sort of "temporary overall capability problem, of the infrastructure/network in my area". The problem was well addressed. Since then, everything is back on track and works flawlessly.
6- Internet Speed is very constant (except for the brief event mentioned above).
7- The business provides a very clean & lean image (office / website / bills / support ...), which suggest they are meticulous & care about details for customers.
I am someone who is typically difficult to impress, I'll rarely take time to write this kind of review.
I'm not afraid to recommend them to friends or family members.
