R	Red Rock (Blackened) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very friendly and comfortable business. They were very kind and gentle for my first time getting a pedicure and manicure. Talked me through everything that was going to happen. The massage chairs have an excellent selection to choose from. The hot wax was perfect. The only downside was my companion hadn't received the leg massage as long as I did. However, I would return for again.

I was on time for my appointment and was seated but had to wait for almost half an hour while other people were seated and attended to. If i was the one to be late then i would have had to pay a fee, so i think this was very rude and unprofessional. When a lady finally came she was so rough with my hands and nails that they hurt so badly afterwards and she didnt cut my cuticals. She was so quick to assume what I wanted before ever asking me so I had to keep saying no so many times. Getting nails done costs a huge amount of money and this was not worth my time or my money.

S	Sarah Lloyd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gel nails done 4 days ago. Guy who was my tech used way heavy drill when removing old polish. Painful. My natural nail thinned right out; nail bed on two fingers is still throbbing. Prices are good but not worth the risk for me anymore

D	Danielle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried this place for the first time after seeing their reviews as I have always went to spruceland nails(but after 3 horrible experience I refuse to go back) anyhow the services were nice…. Hot stone massage, peach scrub, paraffin wax but the quality of workmanship is not worth the $65 plus tip. Nails are all different shapes and sizes, nail polish slapped onto the nail and surrounding skin(I turned off the massage chair for the painting process to help) and still have thin and high spots….still dead/built up skin on side of toes. Overall I don’t think I will be going back for the price that dose not reflect quality workmanship

She kept hitting my wrist with the file and never once smiled or tried to make conversation. End result was good but part of what you pay for is the experience of treating yourself and I felt like I was ruining her day by being there. The cleanliness of this place is slipping also, the stations are dirty and I was very concerned about getting filing dust from a used file in fresh cuticle cut. I will likely give them another try if the owner makes good on my experience. Often times they state publicly that they will compensate for a negative experience here publicly but then don't follow through. If they do, I will be happy to re review ... Sincerely, Ms. Fancy
K	Katrina Kindrat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jessica & Hannah did an Incredible job doing my mothers & my pedicures. The salon is the biggest one I’ve ever been to in my entire life, very clean and organized. If I could give more stars, I would!!
