My hands were swollen and the joints we enlarged making things I could do limited.The muscles in my upper back were hard.The change in my hands is AMAZING.the swelling is gone and the joints are smaller allowing me to get back to my wood working and crafts!!! The only time I have pain now is when I overdo.My back is relaxed and comfortable now and I'm able to get a good night's sleep.THANKS IVANA for giving my life back to me !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend told me about Ivana and I thought I would give her a try after trying Physio and numerous exercises to alleviate the rounded shoulders I had incurred over many years of bad posture. She said that the muscles had gotten so tight over the years due my job as well as being large breasted. My first appointment with Ivana was a sense of relief and feel good as I could feel the tension built up in my back over the years start to loosen. Ivana also worked on opening up my chest muscles as well. I can say within 3 appointments with Ivana I can truly say she has alleviated a lot of the tension in my back as well as opening up my chest muscles. This will be an ongoing cognizant process to ensure that I continue with my back exercises as well as a maintenance with Ivana. Thank you so very much.

She gave me a massage, for my lower and mid back that really released a lot of tension that I was experiencing. Also very friendly to talk to as well. One of the best massages I've ever had. I would recommend her to anyone with chronic issues, or just anyone wanting to relax and de-stress. Thanks Ivana.

Shiatsu and cupping have made a huge difference in many of my chronically tight muscles. Ivana is wonderful for the soul as well. She is a fabulous person and professional. I highly recommend her services to anyone. Go see her! You will not regret it.
