★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 4.20pm on a Friday with an air bubble in brakes with a biking weekend ahead. It was no problem to fix and within 30 mins they had me on my way again. Amazing service and awesome place, thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small group of us rented hardtails for a ride along some of the local trails. Bikes came supplied with helmets, a couple of bike chains and trail maps. Rental was quick, easy and reasonably priced. Bikes were in good condition and felt comfortable to ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vicious cycle provided us with these nice bikes, and we were in and out of there in 10 minutes. They also provided us with maps of the area, and ideas of what trails to explore and it was worth it.
Note: They’ll hold onto the drivers license of a member of the party renting the bikes.
Prices were also really affordable too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Rented e-bike, they gave me not fully charged one so I end up in the middle of the trail after 10km with empty battery and super heavy bike. They just said this is normal. Stay away from this place. Not recommended. I had 1 day in Jasper and this experience killed it. For the future renter's check your battery before heading to the trail. BTW Canada is still cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were closed for inventory and I had broke a boa on my snowboard boot. I left a call not really expecting a call back. They not only called me back I about 15 mins they also opened to repair my boot. Absolutely focused on customer service. Great job. I’ll definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience. Rented 4 bikes, but sadly 2 of our party contracted COVID, and had to go. They would not give a refund at all, or store credit. 0 stars. Garbage store.
