★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was simply blown away by how easy, accommodating and friendly the whole experience was. We rented a canoe for a day trip on the Athabasca river and a kayak the next day as well and it was perfect. They offer canoe/kayak drop off / pick up in the whole Jasper area which is great if you are looking for some adventure. All and all, Jean-Francois (owner) and Thomas were great and I will recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented kayaks for one day on Pyramid Lake and had an amazing time! JF, who met us with the kayaks, was very professional and friendly. He explained to us in details everything we needed to know and gave us great tips. The kayaks were brand new and all the rest of the gear (paddles and life jackets) were of good quality. Thanks to Pure Outdoors, our canoeing adventure was a great success!
I would highly recommend them for any of your Jasper’s adventures!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived in Jasper just before the last weekend of their winter activities. We were keen to canoe, so the owner was able to take us to the only thawed-out lake in Jasper. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us a lot of tips about Jasper in general as well as setting up a great day canoeing. The prices were also quite decent. The canoe was brand new and the paddles / life jackets were of good quality. Would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pure Outdoors has been an amazing part my family’s winter activities for years. They’re helpful, knowledgable, and experienced. Recently I purchased a new cross country setup. Their prices were very competitive with a great selection. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent, or purchase, gear. They also have great summer activity rentals.

Thomas was my initial contact and he made everything super smooth. I see why they are the highest as their customer service and pricing is awesome! Thank you! Would recommend to everyone.
