★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have nice selection of climbing, skiing and camping gear but the guy that was there was very rude and not trying to help. We were looking at a hiking book to see if it was relevant for our backcountry trip but after 1 minute the guy that works there said we needed to stop looking at the book because he didn't want to sell a used book and asked us to go to the library instead. Maybe I was unlucky but if you want helpful staff and to discuss what to do in the area, that doesn't seem like the right place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Employee down talks you like you know nothing about the sport. Bought brand name $100.00 gloves failed in two climbs. Store did nothing and said why don't you stitch them. Contacted the Company and replaced them with no issues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When asking for local adventure suggestions the response was "How much rope you do you have" this is exactly what you want to hear from a climbing store who deals with climbers every day. Good deals, if you are traveling make sure to call ahead, they'll put stuff aside and help you build your kit from merchandise and/or rentals. wish I had stocked up while I was in jasper, now that I am back in the prairies, everything is 25% more expensive and I really liked the jewel tone Arcteryx belts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to get gear and clothing in town. The staff are highly knowledgeable if you are looking for some advanced opinions on whatever you need. They are also top notch with providing rental equipment for all sorts of activities. Will be using them as my go to from here on out! Can't recommend them enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there to get some shoes and maybe a coat for our hike. The guy working was super helpful and let me try on all the sizes of shoe until I found my new favourite shoe size - 6 and a 1/2+ which is in between a 6.5 and 7. The runners/hikers were awesome and so was the service. It was so great actually we went back the next day to buy some more things before our next hike. I would highly recommend this place.
