★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice guy who runs Vicious. Very helpful and knowledgeable about MTB. I would gladly support this small town business over Riderz Edson and drive the extra hour. The co-owner of Riderz Edson is a total tool, I found. This store has nice bikes and nice components!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a snowboard last month. The lady who sold it too me told if I bought bindings, boots, and the board I would get 25% off of everything. However that was not the case. Went too Jasper and ended up buying a brand new board there and was sized properly. When I returned to Hinton I spoke to the lady and confronted her about sizing me incorrectly, selling me an incorrect board and no giving me the 25% off she told me I would get for purchasing everything I did, her actions were very poor as she blew up at me and blamed me for the whole situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in today missing a small screw in my shifter. Not only was the staff super freindly, but they took the time to locate one and fix my bike and they didn't even charge me for their time. Would highly recommend and will be back if I need something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vicious is your place to go for riding in Hinton, Jasper and all of Yellowhead County. Bike repairs, parts and maintenance are fast and thorough. Just give lots of time to get your bike slotted in for maintenance, especially to avoid the spring/summer rush. It can be hard to find some gear but they always provide options for ordering and do their best with spare parts to get you riding again. Some decent merchandise, skate boards and scooters to keep you going at the parks and pump tracks. They support local riders. Support your local bike shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an accident with my bikes falling off the rear of my travel trailer between Edson and Hinton. 3 of 4 bikes needed all new tires and misc parts. Showed up to Vicious and was able to get all 3 bikes fixed asap that day and was ready for the trails on the weekend. Kids were so happy.
