★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in having no luck with several places. Bart had exactly what I needed and was even able to find me a good deal last minute. John was amazing to deal with for financing and was able to tailor my lease to exactly what I wanted. All I would ask these other dealers was if they had the size I needed in stock and they made it seem like I asked for their first born! Would definitely recommend Via to anyone I know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up my first ever trailer. When I called to order it, I told Tyler that my brother-in-law just bought one and I’d like the same as his, but $1 less, just to bug him. We had a laugh and he took $1 off.
Now to picking up my trailer. I was shown the steps of hooking it up properly, double checked the running lights and shook hands and I drove off.

Bart treats you like family when you pickup your new trailer, from doing a personal inspection beyond the one being done by the guys in the back, to explaining everything you need to know about your new trailer,
If you need a trailer contact Bart he will take care of you and always pick up the phone after your purchase if you have any questions or concerns
Will definitely be buying another one in the short term

Great service, good communication, Bart was exceptional! If you need a good quality trailer at reasonable prices, this is where you go. Ask for Bart I can't believe how fast he had this trailer built and pined up to my truck. With everything going on right now that was very impressive I have ordered stuff last April and still no delivery date... Thank you Bart and Via trailers for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up our new 6’x12’ enclosed trailer today. This purchasing of this trailer was made totally from home 2 hours away. First of all I had tried to buy a few used trailers but used prices were very inflated and the ones that were fair were gone almost immediately. I searched several dealers in Ontario and most were offering to order in the trailer. VIA trailers had listings so I sent a quote request to them. Surprisingly I received a reply within a few hours. Quote was reasonable and they had the trailer on the lot. Bart called me to follow up about the quote and he was very professional and completely pressure free during our conversation. I decided he was who I was going to buy from. After a reasonable deposit was made Bart assured me he would have the trailer PDI & plated for Friday for my pickup.
Bart also informed me he would be away but Jason would look after me. Jason even called to verify I was still coming for the pickup. The whole transaction was so easy and stress free!! Their customer service is very good. Love the trailer
