Garbage service. My account got locked out and the only solution was to create a new account apparently my account is locked forever now. The website system needs to be fixed. Also ridiculous how you can't mail in the application. I'm in calgary and have to drive 3 hours to get to an appointment

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are very unhelpful on the phone and will not provide any real information. I highly recommend using another service if possible.

This is a joke. They charged me like hell. For what? What the heck is Covid fee? and why was I charged sms fee? I never received any sms or anything. Courier was like $50. Knowing that I live about 400m away from them, That's ridiculous. All this without my consent. It's only when I came back home and checked my bill that I discovered all this theft.

Who charge 7 dollars to keep laptop in the locker. At least mention in the email. And then threat that if you go to put it in your car your appointment will be done and you need to rebook... ridiculous.... disappointing... and ontop of that if your appointment is at 11 you have to wait because they are busy .... approximately 40 mins ... still you can't run to your car to put laptop few mins

Had to deal with these vultures for a Visa for my wife. It was a horrible experience. The outsourced security guard (Paladin, i think) mumbled with a thick accent and then got mad at my wife for not understanding. They nickle and dimed for everything, including charging $5 for text messages to be sent for updates about the progress, without providing any other option. They also surprised us with a $7 dollar fee to use the locker for my laptop so I could sit with my wife. The guard did not inform me that they would charge for this. He also did not check that my wife did not have a laptop and let her in with it, so the whole thing was a scam money grab. I feel very sorry that this is the first experience that people will have attempting to sort out visa needs for the UK, as it was horrid.

I read through a lot of horror stories on reddit as well as through the Google Reviews but found the process a lot more straightforward and simple. I submitted for a priority application on Feb 24, 2022 with my passport and received my passport exactly a week later via courier (5 business days). I didn't pay for any additional digital services, scanning services, or virtual calls. The only reason I'd give it less than 5 stars is because the online booking system didn't work for me at times, and the company itself is quite clearly abusing the rates they charge.

Tried calling the number they have registered for their Edmonton office, put me through to a different department that's nothing to do with Canada. Spent 20+ mins on hold then gave up. Then called the helpline number on their website, either goes dead straight away or it says the number I'm calling is no longer accepting calls. So I then emailed the address on their website, message couldn't be delivered as the address does not exist. To give them 1 star feels like a massive overrating, I'm not sure I've ever dealt with such an incompetent unprofessional company, I'm struggling to even find a way to deal with them. I'm only leaving my review in the hope they read it, and improve the process for the next person that comes along.

One of the worst VFS experiences. I was forced to pay $7 for locker charges just to keep my laptop in a tin box for 10 minutes. VFS has zero sense of customer service and just needs a reason to extract money. Even their manager - Navneet Kaur has zero sense of understanding and didn't do anything about it. Apart from this, they don't sanitize the keyboards which are used by different people. They exist just to loot out of their customers.
