I was given swift service, I took an appointment and got out from the office in 10 mins. If you have all your documents correct, you will be fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at BLS Winnipeg were very knowledgeable and helpful with attention to detail to ensure my parent's application was complete. They were also patient and compassionate towards them, as they are elderly, never making them feel less because of their age. The whole process on the website is awkward and the way the center works with respect to booking appointments makes no sense. But once you get into one of the two WOMEN in the office, your file will be well looked after.

Before going to BLS, I have read all comments which are negative mostly but after visiting I personally realize that they are very good. I reached there at 9 a.m. and I was waiting in a queue but surprisingly they call for visa application candidate. I was invited inside and within hour I am done with process and visa application for a baby with the help the staff which was helpful.
Very quick response to those who want to apply for *visa for baby* as there top priority really impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good service, I do not know why people argue even the BLS staff try to correct their documents. I am really satisfied with their service. They told me for correct address that is really important for my passport renewal. I really appreciate their service. People need to remain calm because they are working for us and doing their best to provide correct information to government to reduce delays for our application process.
