★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was camping a few weeks back at a local campground. Our dog, in the middle of the night, starting yelping and crying in pain. We had no idea what could be wrong and so we were extremely worried! We went to the Mountainview office(5 mins from our campsite) about 30 mins before they opened and spoke to a women who worked there. We explained that we had an emergency and that our dog was continuously crying. She went to speak to the doctor and came back to inform us that he would not see us as an emergency because "they would be too busy that day". How can a professional, a DOCTOR, refuse to see an emergency in obvious pain!!!
We went to the vet in Cowansville, and although they informed us that they were busy as well that day, they would see our dog as soon as they could. They saw and diagnosed our dog within 2 hours (herniated disc in his back), and sent us home with some meds to make him more comfortable! Thank God for the Cowansville vet office, THEY are true professionals who actually care about the animals they are treating.
Would not recommend the Mountainview vet clinic AT ALL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Luc Lemaitre was able to see my pet last minute due to a health crisis, even though they were understaffed that day. He was direct and efficient and helped me make the best decision. I greatly appreciated their ability to understand my concern despite the strictures they were under that day, and it goes a long way toward the trust built between doctor and client.
