I have thick wavy hair and I think the hair cut I was given would suit someone with straight and thinner hair. The ends are very thinned and hang lifeless whereas in the past my waves would naturally form. The shorter layers puff up around my face. Overall, I'm unhappy with my hair cut and I have to spend extra time every day trying to style it.

Dana knocked the colouring of my hair out of the parked and Lily cut and styled to perfection. The owner was also showed amazing care and customer service by coming to say hello and check in on me. Will be coming back! And recommending to others in the neighbourhood.

I have always been blown away with the talent, attention to detail, professionalism demonstrated by the team and particularly Lilo. I also appreciated how clean and well sanitized everything was especially in terms of the makeup application. I look forward to going back for my next event. I always feel like a new person when I leave the salon. Lilo is truly amazing, kind and always attempts to achieve the look desired. A rare find!

Even though I now have to travel across town to get there, it’s more than worth it. Vince is a fabulous, patient, creative stylist who always listens to what you want. Everyone who works there is super friendly and accommodating, and the space is modern, comfortable, and welcoming. It’s great to see loyal clients returning after years of fantastic service, and new ones drawn to the quality Vescada offers!

This was my first time at this salon and first time getting my hair done in years, and I don’t think it has ever looked this good. I got partial highlights and a dead ends trim done by Natalia and she did it beyond perfectly, she is so good!! The highlights start at the bottom, and both streak up and fade into my natural colour at the roots. Natalia also suggested I have more highlights around my face, and I really love the way that looks. And as someone who wears my hair up often, I absolutely love the streaks that get revealed when I pull my hair back, which is something that I particularly enjoy about getting highlights done. All of this is to say that it is completely perfect, I am SO happy and definitely going back!!! I completely recommend this salon, it has a great atmosphere with lots of other patrons and friendly staff, and I definitely recommend Natalia!! I decided to go to Vescada because of its amazing reviews on here, so I hope that mine also helps others make that same decision :)
