T	T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst haircuts ive had. The man was nice but hes a bit too old. He couldnt see where he was cutting and screwed up my sideburns. Also he shaved some of my hair on top when it should of been just the sides...:(
L	Levi Newton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cut my long hair while it was dry, never had that done before. Haircut took under 10 minutes for long hair, never experienced this before. Initially, I showed a picture of what hair style I wanted and it was cut bluntly with no shaping whatsoever. I had to ask about layering which then it was quickly "fixed". After I was done there were strands of long hair still present. I had to go to the salon across the street to get my haircut done properly once I left Sorrento's. Never going to Sorrento's again and I do not recommend this place if you want a decent haircut.

The man knew exactly what colour to mix for me after I explained what I was looking for and the woman cut my hair just the way I asked for. It looks better than I pictured and I am very happy with it! Felt right at home the whole time I was there. Thank you for such great service! Will come again. :)

A lady offered me an apology, which I truly appreciate but I now have to pay another $30 for someone else to fix my hair. I get everyone wants to have a purpose but not at the expense of other people’s hard earned money.
