C	Carlo M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Vert-Dure for over 4 years for lawn treatment and canceled last week. My suggestion, do your proper research before considering them. Their main focus is selling services, and in no time will get calls for sell their insect treatment instead of focusing on their initial reason why you hired them. My grass turned for the worse this year, so i consulted with other companies and all told me the same issue...insects destroyed my grass. I requested a callback to discuss further and they informed meheir Technician viewed the pictures i sent and stated i didn't water my lawn enough and grass was too short. I informed them that I have an irrigation system that goes on every two days as per city by-laws, and we cut our Lawn at the recommended 3". Vert-Dure could have simply sent someone onsite to assess and review further, instead they found an excuse and offered discounts in excess of $100 per year, and a free bag of seeds...I couldn't care less. Poor customer service and clearly a cash grab company. UPDATE: to the Owner's response to this post, I contacted Customer Service already. What they should have done was contact you rather than you asking me to contact them again. There is clearly a disconnect between Corporate and your Office And your process should be reviewed. Customer Service clearly don't have your best interests either to retain clients. So drop the generic responses and get to the root cause of such problems. Best of luck.

When you cancel the contract, they continued taking your money and did not give back, even you ask them, the company didn't answer in telephone and Email . Don't contract with them if you don't want to lost your money for a fraud Company.
M	Melissa Simeone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a free estimation done with Marie Eve and she seemed super friendly and understanding that I had to speak with my spouse before making a final decision. She took down my information regardless so that the price she offered me was guaranteed. She said there was no commitment. Seemed harmless so I agreed to provide it to her. A day later I told Marie Eve that my spouse and I decided not to sign with Vertdure. She understood and said she wouldn't submit my information. Several days later I got a call from payables department saying that they have word that I wanted to cancel. I told them there was nothing to cancel as I never signed a contract. She said very well and that she was going to remove it from th system. A few days after that I see a charge from Vertdure on my credit card of $34.66 This has got to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. This reminds me of INTERNET SCAMS. They simply lie to you and tell you there is no commitment just to get your credit card information and then charge your card anyway. It's a SCAM, SO NOT FALL FOR IT. On top of it all my neighbor has a contract with them and his grass looks worse than mine. Biggest scam and worst company.

I had an employee come for visit 1 who came on the same day and same time I was having central air installed. (Keep in mind I ordered the service over a month ago and had been waiting for them to come for weeks) They said would be back and forth on the lawn installing the unit on my house and asked that he come back later or even another day which was fine with me. He put up a huge fight with the company installing my AC and began treating my yard anyway, he sprayed fertilizer all over the vehicle parked in my street which was owned by the company installing the AC. As he is treating the yard he tips over a full bin of what I believe was weed treatment, because it literally burned and killed my grass in that specific spot. He tried cleaning it up but it left a huge spot in my yard. My grass wasn’t perfect to begin with but it didn’t have this spot until after he spilled a product in that exact spot. I’ve emailed to ask if they will do anything about it and never heard back. Also never even received a second visit yet and my grass is still a disaster and it’s already mid summer, what’s the point if my grass only starts looking good by September ? It was full of weeds that went untreated all of the spring. I wasn’t expecting miracles but at least a bit of better grass, better service. They’re so well known I figured I was getting the best. Also paying a pretty penny for this. Don’t use the company, there’s many more out there that I see all over my neighbourhood and they seem to have been making they’re visits more frequently. I’ll be using on of them next year.

We signed with them a couple years ago, but we were considering cancelling a year after, but when the salesperson gave us a discounted rate for the second year, we took it, and the new rate is written on the signed contract. However, they charged us almost $60 more than what we agreed, and when we called them, they were pretty rude and said there's nothing we can do for you, you already had a contract with us and we will not refund your money or honour the new contract
C	Corina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Throughout the entire summer we had holes that kept growing bigger and bigger due to grubs. Within the first two treatments by Vertdure, the situation was under control and our grass looked so much healthier and began to grow and become greener. Very satisfied.

They called me to renew in January and I said no way. Yet they are still charging my credit card!!! Terrible customer service! Thieves. Dishonest. A night.are to deal with.
