B	Benoit Theriault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour les travaux (pose de tourbe, ajout de terre, etc), tout a bien été. Pour l'entretien (arrosage pour mauvaises herbes), moins bien. On m'a précisé qu'il ne faut pas aller sur le terrain après l'arrosage. Je prenais cet avertissement au sérieux car nous avons une petite fille de 1 an. Mais on ne m'a jamais prévenu des arrosages. J'ai mentionné le problème. On m'a répondu que la ville de laval ne permet pas la pose de petites pancartes. Ensuite, on m'a dit que ca avait été oublié. Pourtant, moi voisin immédiat avait une petite pancarte et une note dans la boite aux lettres à chaque visite. De mon coté, rien en 4 visites. For the work (laying peat, adding soil, etc.), everything was fine. For maintenance (watering for weeds), less well. I was told that you should not go into the field after watering. I took this warning seriously because we have a 1 year old daughter. But I was never warned of watering. I mentioned the problem. I was told that the city of Laval does not allow the posting of small signs. Then I was told it had been forgotten. However, my immediate neighbor had a small sign and a note in the mailbox on each visit. For my part, nothing in 4 visits.

Mais si on regarde leur carte de zone où ils vont le secteur de Chomedey y est. Je ne le recommande pas car si on vous ment pour cela imaginez le reste! I called for a quote request and when I gave the address I was told that he did not serve this territory. But if we look at their map of the area where they go, the Chomedey sector is there. I do not recommend it because if you are being lied to for that imagine the rest!
J	Jonathan Fontaine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ont l’air de faire du beau travail chez mes voisins, mais en tant que voisin de leurs clients c’est une autre histoire. J’avais des doutes sur la raison pour laquelle mon entrée de cour et ma cour avant se ramassait avec des débris et plein de feuilles alors que je venais juste de nettoyer et racler quelques jours avant. J’ai maintenant ma réponse... Voici ce que j’ai observé aujourd’hui: un énorme nuage de poussière qui a sali ma voiture, des souffleurs qui poussent les débris dans la rue et par le fait même sur les terrains avoisinants. J’ai observé et attendu pour m’assurer de voir comment ils allaient traiter les débris envoyés sur mon terrainet dans la rue. Hélas, à leur départ, je ne peux que constater qu’ils ont complètement ignoré les débris qu’ils ont déversé sur mon terrain et dans la rue. Évidemment, ils ont ramassé chez leur client et devant leur maison. Un autre exemple de l’année dernière, ils piétinaient mes semences à gazon. C’est vraiment décevant d’observer des pratiques commerciales avec autant de manque de savoir-vivre. They seem to do a great job with my neighbors, but as their clients' neighbors that's another story. I had my doubts as to why my driveway and front yard was collecting with debris and lots of leaves when I had just cleaned and raked a few days before. Now I have my answer ... Here's what I observed today: a huge cloud of dust dirtying my car, blowers pushing debris onto the street and thereby onto neighboring lots. I watched and waited to make sure I saw how they were going to deal with the debris sent to my land and to the street. Alas, when they left, I can only see that they completely ignored the debris they dumped on my property and in the streets. Obviously, they picked up from their client and in front of their house. Another example from last year, they were trampling on my grass seed. It’s really disappointing to observe business practices with so much lack of good manners.

The owner is very unprofessional, rude and one word answers like oui, oui, non etc...when I told him I had hedges to cut and that I was referred to him by one of his clients his reply was "Je suis très occupé j'ai pas de temps "he hung up the phone on me....it says it all Real classy businessman....
Y	Yoni Ditraoult on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service!!!!!! Call to get an appointment for a estimate price never show up!! When we call him he told us to go else where to get the job done cos he is not competitive!!! Just to remind you that you work in a public business people will take time off work to be at your appointment. If you don’t want to work tell the customer straight away so we won’t be bothered to wast our time. Don’t even deserve a 1 start!!!!
