Suite à mes commentairess, comme celui plus bas, La Directrice du centre à pris en charge mon dossier et s'occupe de refaire faire le traitement, bien que moins efficace en cette période tardive de la saison pour les punaises

J'ai pris un contrat avec eux pour des punaises de gazon, car soit disant le service était garantie et qu'une deuxième visite serait gratuite si nécessaie.
- Ils sont venus le 18 août, un journée de pluie
- le 27 aout je contaste qu'il y a autant de punaises, j'appele donc le centre de St-Eustache pour un deuxième visite. La personne me mentionne que le 10 jours n'est pas fait et de rappeler le lundi, 31. Pour un journée, elle aurait très bien pu prendre la requète pour un visite le lendemain, le 28 (10 jours après le premier traitement)
- Aujourd'hui, 31 aout ayant toujours plein de punaises et comme suggèré par la personne, je les recontacte recontacte.
- Cette même personne me mentionne qu'il est maintenant trop tard, les punaises sont surement adultes et le traitement ne serait plus efficace, aucun autre traitement ne sera fait.
Ou est la fameuse garantie? Pourquoi ne pas prendre en charge la demande au 9 jours, pour un traitement au 10e jours?

Following my comments, like the one below, the Director of the center took charge of my file and takes care of redoing the treatment, although less effective in this late period of the season for bedbugs

I took a contract with them for lawn bugs, because supposedly the service was guaranteed and that a second visit would be free if necessary.
- They came on August 18, a rainy day
- on August 27 I contested that there were as many bedbugs, so I called the center of St-Eustache for a second visit. The person mentions to me that the 10 days is not done and to call back on Monday, 31st. For one day, she could very well have taken the request for a visit the next day, the 28th (10 days after the first treatment)
- Today, August 31st still having lots of bedbugs and as suggested by the person, I recontact them again.
- This same person tells me that it is now too late, the bedbugs are probably adults and the treatment would no longer be effective, no other treatment will be done.
Where is the famous guarantee? Why not take care of the request on the 9th day, for a processing on the 10th day?
