Vertdure | Entretien Pelouse Gatineau

I have been a client since 2019, for a month now i have tried to contact them because i do not want to renew my contract. I cannot get a hold of them. Im put on wait then they hang up, every single time. Do not deal with this company, you will not be able to speak to anyone. Ill have to go to the bank and ask them to hold the payments for them until they call me. This is not acceptable !!!

Thank you Vertdure! My backyard was ruined because of a large dog. I thought I would have to sod my entire yard, but Vertdure said no, it can be fixed. I didn't believe them, but guess what? They did the impossible! After 1½ months and following very simple advice, my yard looks beautiful again! See the before and after photos.

Appreciate the service and what i like about them, is that if there is an unusual weed situation, I call and they apply more weed control without any additional fees.

Great company, it is a local business so it is always good to support the community They are super friendly and are very quick to respond to any questions and issues Also their website is mobile friendly so easy access

I paid and they never respected the contract, never came to do the backyard. Tried to get my money back and no one is answering me or helping me. Pour quality of service and 0 communication

Didnt know they installed fences. looking for someone. prompt service with no bother to me I just find the sign in the lawn that they were here. Grass looks beautiful except for one weed that they are not allowed to use the poison for.

We went from the worse lawn on our street to the best in one summer! Neighbours actually came over to ask what we did to make our grass so nice in so little time. Also, whenever you need a visit for weeds, you can just call or email and they’re at your door in just a few days. Awesome service!

UPDATE: Not only have they not yet issued the refund, they are continuing to charge for "services". I'm blown away by how poorly this company operates. This is unethical. I am incredibly disappointed by the poor quality service that I received as a first time customer over the past 10 weeks. We signed a contract with Vertdure which should have included monthly "services" as well as weed control on call (i.e., "just call when you see a weed and we'll send someone over to take care of it"). Our lawn was in terrible shape and full of weeds, which is why we hired Verdure in the first place. Over the past 10 weeks, the only service that we've received was fertilizer. We realized after 6 weeks that they weren't doing anything to take care of our weed problem. -So three weeks ago we called to have a technician sent over, no one came. -Two weeks ago we called to have a technician sent over again, no one came, and they claimed that they never received a call, and told us that we probably used the wrong number (our phone history confirms a 30 minute call -including waiting time- to the correct number ) -One week ago, we call again! Still NO ONE SHOWED UP! -Today, I talked with an agent about our problems. They agreed to give us a "refund" for the services not provided (minus the fertilizer). Recommendation: If you're understaffed because of COVID, then stop taking on new customers, or don't continue to take your customers' money and not providing any service! All we wanted was for our weeds to be taken care of, what we got was an unneeded and very expensive fertilizer treatment, wasted time on the phone (approximately 2+ hours), and rude customer service. I highly recommend using a different lawn care service (there are many other more competent companies out there).
