Suite à des plaintes, aucun retour aux courriels. J'ai dû faire affaire avec un huissier afin de faire respecter notre entente. Dossier clos. Terminé pour moi. I had been in business for several years with Service Danis. Unfortunately, summer 2020 was a disaster in terms of quality. Contracts not respected. Following complaints, no return to emails. I had to deal with a bailiff in order to enforce our agreement. File closed. Completed for me.
S	Sarina Pasciuta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Danis trimmed weeds too close to my vehicle resulting in a rock being picked up by the machinery and shattering the glass of my car window. Service Danis reached out 3 days after I reported the incident and payed for part the replacement glass I ended up ordering myself due to their tardiness to deal with the situation. Unfortunately the sum of money they provided me did not cover the entire fee of the replacement glass (the dealership gave me the fee before tax which was 201.42 and Service Danis payed me 202$, I assumed the fee included tax but it did not). After reaching out to Service Danis to see if they could reimburse me for the tax I waited days for responses and am not being reimbursed for the difference. I personally find this unfair as I was not responsible for the damage to my property and therefore should not be responsible for paying a penny for it to be restored to its original state. My boyfriend also had to install the glass on his own time and I was without a window on my car for just over a week. This was extremely stressful to deal with and I am very disappointed.
