 A team of thunder. With my airbnb service, the Edward Service teams know exactly how to give an aspect of hotel ambiance with their special touch. I highly recommend it for their excellent professional service but also for their perfect management. Thank you for being part of my unique project but for your quality which is more than effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment une expérience horrible... Nous avions besoin de leurs services pour un simple nettoyage de notre maison après les déménageurs (de courtoisie pour l'acheteur). Nous avons contacter la compagnie un mois à l'avance et après plusieurs relance de notre part ils nous disent que cela sera impossible une semaine avant la date qu'on a besoin d'eux... Bravo...
Really a horrible experience ... We needed their services for a simple cleaning of our house after the movers (courtesy for the buyer). We contacted the company a month in advance and after several reminders from us they tell us that it will be impossible a week before the date we need them ... Bravo ...

They cleaned the interior of our house, including the windows, after the big renovations we did and it was very well done! I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorsque j'ai appelé pour prendre des informations pour un service d'entretien ménager, j'ai clairement eu l'impression de déranger la personne à qui j'ai parlé. Ils étaient sensé me recontacter pour savoir quand je pourrais avoir un service mais je n'ais plus jamais eu de nouvelles. Ça ma convaincu de ne pas les choisir pour mes services d'entretien ménager.
When I called to inquire about housekeeping, I clearly felt like I was disturbing the person I spoke to. They were supposed to get back to me to find out when I could get a service but I never heard from again. It convinced me not to choose them for my housekeeping services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voulant faire plaisir à ma mère je lui ai offert un certificat cadeau pour un lavage de murs. Lors du nettoyage, le service n'a pas été rendu tel que prévu .... et un bris a été fait. Le lendemain moi et ma mère nous nous sommes rendu sur place pour des explications et un arrangement. Nous nous sommes senti non écouté, incompris et comme si tout cela était de notre faute. Un remboursement du service à été fait mais aucun dédommagement pour le bris en question. Nous sommes très déçu du service à la clientèle et du service après vente. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie pour l'entretien ménager.
Wanting to please my mother, I gave her a gift certificate for a wall wash. During the cleaning, the service was not rendered as expected .... and a breakage was made. The next day me and my mother went there for explanations and an arrangement. We felt unheard, misunderstood and like it was all our fault. A refund for the service was made but no compensation for the breakage in question. We are very disappointed with the customer service and after sales service. I do not recommend this company for housekeeping.

Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie!
J'ai communiqué avec la Présidente afin de l'informer de la situation, elle n'a jamais été à l'écoute. 1 ménage sur 3 était adéquat.
En plus de me répondre que je suis en défaut de paiement? ... Tous les paiements ont été effectués tel que demandé...Vous demandez une carte de crédit et c'est vous qui prenez les paiements, ce n'est pas de ma faute si votre système n'a pas prit le premier paiement tel que supposé! J'ai d'ailleurs envoyé le paiement par virement tout de suite après avoir parlé avec la Présidente. Incroyable!
Housekeeping and poor customer service.
I do not recommend this company!
I contacted the President to inform her of the situation, she never listened. 1 in 3 households was adequate.
In addition to telling me that I am in default of payment? ... All payments have been made as requested ... You are applying for a credit card and you are taking the payments, it is not my fault that your system did not take the first payment as assumed! I also sent the payment by transfer immediately after speaking with the President. Unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie d'entretien ménager. Au départ, j'ai été charmée par leur site web qui illustre un service facile et professionnel. Détrompez vous, cette compagnie ne respecte pas sa clientèle. La politique d'annulation n'a pas été respecté soit disant qu'il n'avait pas bien reçu mon appel et j'ai été facturée pour le service complet. On m'a ridiculement offert de me facturé les frais de déplacement de 50$ ,et ce même avec les preuves de ma compagnie téléphonique. Les efforts marketing de cette compagnie devrait plutôt être mis sur le service a la clientèle.
Bad experience with this housekeeping company. Initially, I was charmed by their website which illustrates easy and professional service. Think again, this company does not respect its customers. The cancellation policy was not respected saying that he had not received my call well and I was charged for the full service. I was ridiculously offered to charge me $ 50 for travel expenses, even with proof from my phone company. Rather, the marketing efforts of this company should be on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edward services came to my home twice before I cancelled the services. Both times, the cleaning team seemed overbooked and rushed out before finishing what the website states should be done. Furthermore, most things were just quickly wiped, and not actually cleaned/scrubbed. Note that because of Covid, I couldn't be home while the cleaning team was present so I couldn't point out the issues on the spot.
After this happened a second time (each time I had a different cleaning crew), I contacted Edward services to cancel, and they offered to send someone back to do what was not done. I refused this offer because the quality of cleaning wasn't worth me leaving my house with a baby and toddler in tow so they might possibly do better - it unfortunately takes less time for me to simply do it myself.
I will be looking for other companies.
