★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what these other people are talking about, myself and 3 of the neighbors in Manotick have NO WEEDS and the price is reasonable. I would like to pay less, but I guess to have a lawn with no weeds is worth the couple hundred a year... better than re-sodding. I think competitors are posting negative remarks here. Everytime we see a single new weed we call they come and take care of it, no issues for 3 years now.

The experienced sales person who is reponsible for the Ottawa Gatineau area promissed me one free treatment no strings attached and that I can cancel anytime. I confirmed this with him a dozen times. Well turns out I owe them 50$ for this free treatment that did nothing. Bull**** Company with Bulls*** customer service. Stay away!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company provides a very poor customer service. After being with them for 5 years and knowing that they charge high prices, when we wanted to cancel the service, we found that they wrote terms in the contract between the lines they NEVER told us about. They made us pay 150$ to cancel the contract, they had no right to do so. Dealing with them is a big waste of money and time.

1. They came to my door, they had someone drop by the next day to answer my questions. I signed up.
2. They took a cheque, maybe ask for e-transfers instead. Cheaper at end of summer.
3. They came to my place. They had access to the backyard without needing me to be home and they left a detail note at my door stating what they did.
4. When I had questions, I received all my answers by text instantly.
