★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Versapay accidentally debited my card on June 1, 2018 for a payment that was not authorized or scheduled to come out of my account until Sept 1, 2018. The payment was for several thousand dollars, so this was obviously concerning. I am writing this review Jun 11, 2018 and, despite being made aware of the error on Jun 4, 2018 and my providing the verification Versapay required on Jun 5, 2018, my account has yet to be credited the funds. In my opinion this is an unacceptable delay in rectifying their own error. When I emailed customer service at Versapay Friday Jun 8, 2018 they responded that my account should be credited today (Monday). It is now end of business day, and I have not received the funds. I have had to follow up again. If you are a vendor considering using Versapay, I would reconsider as you may end up alienating your customers due to their poor service.
