★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told by a driver that starting on the 24th, it was mandatory for passengers to wear masks. Yet as I sit here there are 3 people on my bus without masks, and I'm watching other people without masks get on other buses. So are they mandatory or not???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emailed bc transit about mandatory masks and they couldn't be bothered to respond. Obviously they are not interested in customers. Not willing to answer hard questions. It appears easier to ignore people. Very poorly done.
