W	William Remphrey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A year ago we moved from Salmon Arm to Cochrane, Alberta. From the moment of contacting Cidel Moving Company, the experience was extremely pleasant. You hear 'horror' stories about moving companies, but not this one. It is the most friendly and professional moving experience we have ever had. Moreover, the cost was also very reasonable. On moving day, they took care of packing pictures and mirrors, boxed up our rather cumbersome and heavy plasma TV. Upon arrival in Cochrane they carefully placed everything where we wanted and even put felts on some of our furniture before placing it on the hardwood floor. If you want the best moving experience possible, I would highly recommend contacting Cidel.
D	David Helm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These folks did a nice job moving our piano, but I was quoted $225 an hour for 4 guys to move it. They were professional and the piano was moved (2 streets up - about a 60-second drive from where it was located), all of which took just over an hour (1 hour and 15 minutes) from start to finish. I was charged $450, plus tax, for a total of just over $470 for 1 hour and 15 minutes worth of work. I have phoned to speak to the person I booked through (3 times I have called, being assured I will be called back), and have heard nothing in 3 weeks. All I wanted was an explanation, but 3 phone calls is my time-wasting limit. Way too expensive, and no service after the fact. Would not use again (2 stars because they did move the piano in one piece). I will update this post if anything changes.

They were prompt, friendly, professional, and kept in constant contact with myself regarding the pickup and completion of pickup. We chose them because of the quality of the work and the fact that their prices are reasonable because the professionals don't waste time and are so helpful setting things back up.
