R	Rad Ish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver smoking I front door way blocking me to talk to receptionist. Driver was threatening and rude. Explained about evacuation order and need of the vehicle. Would not budge on appointment time. Call service said they opened at 8am. Arrived then told they don't open until 9am. And then told can't talk to receptionist until 930am.
J	Joshuah Haymond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long story short, I had to pretty much argue with the receptionist and tell them i was going to call the police to have them tell me I then need to make an appointment which then once upon arriving for my appointment hrs later my vehicle was crammed behind multiple other vehicles and I had to wait almost another hr for one of their workers to move the vehicles. What a process, what a horrible experience, and unprofessional in my personal opinion. Cheers
R	Rory Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive had a vehicle in storage there for quite a long time. I attended a detox facility and was then submitted to E.R. Appointments, lack of a proper phone line, etc. have made it very difficult to contact the owners but before everything happened I remember being offered a great discount on getting my vehicle out. Its quite unfortunate I wasn't able to keep up my end of that deal. I will hopefully be able to work something out with them once I get an income coming in. Overall though it was a good experience even though losing my vehicle and everything was a terrible one lol. Thanks again to the owner/manager for being as kind as you were.

G	Gary Criss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever...do not use this tow company..they damaged my wife's car in storage and then brought it out to us..and did not say a thing..I saw the damage and confronted them..they then admitted they did it..the owner called me a said take it to ICBC..thats it...the receipt my wife signed before they would release the car ..states..they are not responsible for damage...WTH...of course they are..dont touch my car then..they have insurance..use it..very bad..now the car has been devalued and we are waiting until next month to get it fixed..why should we have to go through that hassle..the worst part is no one told us...they damaged it in their lot..would have just let it go out the gate...no mention..watch out for these guys...was told by a body shop they do this all the time..
