I had ran over a deer that ripped off the main air supply line. The guy was prepared even at that hour and able to isolate my tank to get truck up on flat bed.From when I called to when I was unloaded at my shop was barely faster than had a buddy come out with a air hose. Great service! My go to guys any day/night!!

I had broken down while travelling alone and being a single woman in the middle of the highway I was very nervous. When I called Merit (as they were recommended by a co-worker) they were very friendly and understanding. The lady ( I think her name began with a “J”) that answered the phone was so kind and understanding. She sent out her driver right away and called me back to ensure me the driver was on his way. He arrived in good time and had me hooked up quickly. Brought me to the mechanic shop and made sure I didn’t need anything else before he left. I would highly recommend Merit Towing to anyone.

J	Jennifer Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does one ever really want to be able to say they’ve had had multiple experiences with a tow truck? ? (Well, normally, I’d say no too, but here we are.) I’ve had two major breakdowns requiring the proverbial “hook”. Once when the old girl started on fire ? and again recently after a catastrophic engine failure. In both instances the on call dispatch and driver were concerned, quick to act, and professional. Even on Christmas Day! They didn’t bat an eye when I inquired about costs and were upfront with an estimate right then and there. (I don’t like surprises) There are other choices for towing companies in this area, and their rates are comparable, but i can’t see myself ever calling anyone else but Merit. I mean, I’m also hoping to not to ever have the need to...but you know...if I did...Merit Towing all the way.
