★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't had Vern's in a long time.
Verns is a nice change as it's a bit different from other pizza spots. The pizzas are huge and layered with loads of meat and other toppings.
The crust is a nice crunch and isn't too chewy. I just wish the cheese could have been cooked a bit more.
Overall great pizza and I recommend Vern's.
Cadillac Style Pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pizza has tons of meat, in fact too much. I myself prefer a thicker crust, a little more sauce and a reasonable amount of toppings. This is more like a meat casserole. If that's your thing then you may like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a misfortunate mix up with a delivery where there were two orders with the same name through door dash, Verns pizza came through and not only remade our pizzas but the owner personally delivered it. Thank you for everything. Right from the nice guy who answered the phone and helping to get everything resolved was just amazing service. And the pizzas were delicious!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Dec 22nd; which was a snow day in Calgary. The poor guy was running the entire place by himself. Ordered a pizza via phone; and picked it up myself (about 25m later). Pizza was LOADED with meat - and a decent amount of cheese. It was not greasy. I typically order from a local competitor (Sammy's). I prefer Vern's crust and Sammy's pizza sauce. Good pizza, decent price point for the meat / quality of the pizza you get. Would order from again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are either going to love it or hate it. Yes, the meat is a little too much for my taste as they legit put layer over layer but the plain cheese pizza is delicious. It's loaded with cheese and the best thing ever on a snowy night!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering tonight. Ordered one of the light (thin crust) pizza's with ground beef and hot banana peppers. It was absolutely delicious and tons of beef! Price was also very reasonable! This will be my new go to pizza joint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered from here a few times in the past and always thought it was amazing. I consider it a treat pizza because it's very expensive, but usually it is piled high with toppings and it tastes delicious. My recent order was very disappointing, I had the double double and there was almost no toppings at all! I can order normal pizza from anywhere but I'm not going to pay these prices for thin crust no topping pizza.
