The lady on the phone was very unprofessional and when I told her I have a few questions she said "I'm not a doctor". I thought it was very rude since she didn't even want to hear what I had to ask.

Yes it's true, the man that answers the phone is rude, but if you get over yourself, and don't get offended, he is actually quite helpful. The staff were all helpful, and most of them friendly. Treat this place like a 24hr clinic, and you will not be let down, if you treat it like a hospital in a major city centre, you will be disappointed. Our health care system has many flaws, and they are doing the best they can with the resources available.

The doctors and nurses in this hospital are incredible! My boyfriend and I made an emergency stop here while passing by after I started experiencing unbearable abdominal pain. The second I stumbled through the door they put me in a wheelchair and moved me to an office. The doctors were polite and gave me something for the pain almost immediately. The nurses made taking a blood sample very quick and painless. It feels odd to say, but this was the best hospital experience I've ever had; I cannot thank the staff enough.

The staff here are so rude and impatient, especially the pharmacist called "stephanie webb" and the middle eastern nurse called "rawan daoud" who were both very rude to my family members who were waiting for me in the seating area while I was being discharged. Both of them were either completely ignoring my wife who was just asking when the doctor would see me before getting discharged or snapping back with "be patient, the doctor's not here yet!" Later I asked the front desk staff for the full names of the pharmacist and nurse. Stephanie webb and rawan daoud are among the most vile, rude and foul people my family and I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. I will be reporting both of these people for their unprofessional behavior to their respective healthcare colleges, the Alberta College of Pharmacy and the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta.

The pharmacist working here called "stephanie webb" is an incredibly rude and disrespectful individual. She should not be allowed to be a healthcare worker as she is extremely unprofessional, always gossiping about others. My family and I have heard many, many bad stories about her. She apparently only got her pharmacist job because no one else wanted to work this far from urban centers and thus no one else applied for the job. The cities are where the best doctors and pharmacists go anyways. True healthcare professionals don't need to run away to some obscure town to find work.

Please avoid this hospital at all costs. My husband and I were travelling to Saskatchewan and stopped by this hospital as my husband got a severe chest pains. During our stay at this hospital, I noticed several nurses ("Rawan Daoud" was on her name tag) gossiping to each other about various patients, talking behind their backs and saying the nastiest things, like how one patient wet his bed! I even heard other health care staff such as the pharmacist ("Stephanie Webb", from her name tag) joking about how another patient had passed away. This was while I was in the waiting room while my husband was receiving care. Surely the health care staff in this hospital have better things to do than to gossip about patients they're supposed to care for??? Anyways, I experienced and overheard extremely rude, unprofessional behaviour from the health care staff in this hospital - truly left a terrible impression in both my mind as well as my husband's mind. If anyone reads this review and is in need of hospital care that is not an urgent emergency, I would strongly recommend driving the extra kilometers to a city, such as Edmonton or Calgary, where I have found the hospital care to be of much higher and more professional quality.

The nurses and Dr were absolutely wonderful, caring, compassionate and understanding with my situation. Thank you!

Why are the staff allowing anybody and everyone into see patients whom have had covid? They say only 2 visitors but if you are a Bully, can cry on demand, or can make up a lie that's all it takes. This is why covid spreads people. Total disregard to enforcing the rules . The administration needs to do something about this orange it should be brought to the attention of someone higher up.
