Received letter about a supposed debt FROM 1998!! Letter said I owed 5000$ but would accept 1200$ I of course called and the guy said it was a debit of 800$?? 3 different numbers, just to confuse. From what I can tell they accuse you of having a debt so old you may assume it’s real and immediately pay without checking to see if it’s valid. Scammers, can’t pursue debt after 2 years in this province, 6 years in this country, even if it was valid. DO NOT PAY.

I received a letter from this company regarding a debt that allegedly took place in 2012. When I called to speak to someone, the guy was naming people I didn’t know and then went on to tell me the debt was from a place that closed down. When I asked him to clarify what the letter was regarding, he told me to give him a few days to get some paperwork, then rudely hung up. This is a total scam! Never have I ever heard of a collection agency that needs a few days to get “paperwork” they should already have. The audacity!!!!

I would rate this a ZERO if possible. Tried to tell my mom she owed canadian tire mastercard $2000 lol when she paid off all her balances 2 years ago. Said they were willing to settle for half of the « balance » LOL.

This is a scam business claiming to have an important matter to settle with you, but give you no details in writing. If you have come to see who called you, you found it. A scam company. They do not operate within the law, do not call them. If they persist call your local authority for information how to make them stop.

I have number Blocked on iPhone, but they still leave message on Voicemail several time a day. Claiming a letter has been sent and unanswered. I've never received a letter. They don't even say who they are calling for. This is probably a scammer call.

This company is definitely a scam. They keep calling and frim what I've read, it's easier to ignore them. I will report them to the police because they keep harassing me. It's sad that people have nothing better to do than trying to steal money from people.

Report this company to the following: *The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre *RCMP *Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) *Canadian Security Intelligence Service and Canada Border Service as they seem operate a global scam and money laundry (This is crime) *Equifax and TransUnion *CBC Go public. it will be a great story about them on the news. You know the news these days. People get famous of it) They run their business out of laws by doing the following. So keep all the letters you get, and don't take calls for the authorities and courts: 1- all letters are signed by a fake lawyer (That is a crime) 2- they impersonate lawyers ( this is a crime) 3- all the laws mentioned in letters do not apply to the addressed person. They just do this to scare them (this is crime ..intimidation and harassment) 4- they change the details including the date of alleged last payment (this is crime) 5-they change the information of last payment to attacking someone's credit (this is a crime). and more.... We are talking about jail time of years and it will cost them millions.
