I feel this is a fraudulent company. They sent me a Notice of Debt assignment on behalf of Wyse Meter solutions threating me to report to credit agency but I have proof of paying the final bill. I didn't receive any letter or bills from Wyse but this company is harrassing and threatening me to pay them. Update: they refunded my money after filing complaint with Ontario energy board and consumer protection Ontario. But they haven't issued any apology for all these harrassment

Had made a deal with an agent, the agent went on Maternity leave. I missed a payment during covid and they instead of calling me to let me know the payment had been missed, they sent me an email saying they were talking legal action against me within 48 hours of receipt of the email, This is a direct violation of Canadian law (CADSSA 21(2)) and it is also a violation of section (8) & (8 C)of CAA I obviously got mad... called them and noted the lack of class. The manager Debbie had no prior knowledge of the repayment deal made with the original agent... Debbie began to make false claims on what I had agreed to pay monthly.. Debbie threatened me several times and told me I had to repay in full because she did not like my attitude. Debbie is argumentative and will harass you to get money. For being a member of the management team I was surprised that she tried to extort me by threatening court if the full balance wasn't repaid in 4 days. The threatened wage garnishment. All of this because she decided she did not like my attitude. Ill give that I called angry because of the extortion email she sent to me. She threatened to contact members of family and friends to collect the money. This is not an honest company. If you have to deal with them I strongly recommend getting a lawyer. The will Harass and extort you. She also informed me that due to covid I cannot get my letter immediately. However, she advised me that covid was not an excuse for not having the money to pay my debt off and that I should not use covid as an excuse

I was out of a job due to Covid-19. I was offered to work as a bilingual collector for six months. I felt I was given the freedom to work with people to resolve there debt with integrity and respect. I wasn't yelled at all day by debtors or my superior's surprisingly. I learned valuable negotiation and communication skills. Collections is not for me in the end. However, I have never been treated with as much respect in my life at a job. To me this is a good outfit! Debt is never pleasant from any angle you look at. I walk away from this job with my chin up.

Very Bad Customer Service........... They even don't know how to talk with people properly. Very very bad.. They even don't listen what you are trying to say... There was a misunderstanding between us and notice sender and I was trying to explain that I have contacted the person who send the notice and trying to resolve the issue but this people not ready to listen The person I talked was Cynthia Walsh..... Very very bad and very rude. she even doesn't know how to talk properly with someone. She think that everybody is living on street..... Go beyond must fired her..... very very bad person and attitude

Had a very disappointing conversation with Debbie, Deborah? extension 203 very very rude and disrespectful not even willing to hear out my side of the story and was very short coming. Unnecessary rudeness and disrespect. Human resource should have a talk with her about having better manners or dealing with clients in a better way!

My rent was sent here which it should not have been but that's a landlord and Tennant board story. I agreed to pay 200 bi weekly installments until it was done ,was told no interest and would be e transfer. I thought it was going to be a bit flexible considering I was the one who had chosen the amount, which I suppose I should have looked into. My tires ended up needing to be replaced and it's winter soon. They emailed me to say my payments had been short. (Doing 100 bi weekly this month) I emailed back with the situation and that I was sorry but it would be back to normal by next month. I got a call and it was rude, sharp, and wildly accusatory. This isn't me dodging, this is safety. After being talked over and verbally stabbed at I ended up having to send the money I saved for my tires or pay it in full after the weekend. If these people ask you what you can pay tell them something like 20 a month then over pay when you can because you have the option. Although I had apologized and tried to make them understand I was treated like a dirty rat and was put into tears right before my shift at work. Let's hope I can get the tires before the snow flies...

I was sent an email that stated I had 10 days to make the full payment or else my case would be sent to the credit bureau, so first of all if I had not checked my email I would not have been made aware of this. I spoke to Reta Oraha Ext. 220. At first she was kind. I requested information on how to pay through my online banking. But unfortunately this information did not reflect accordingly when I went to make a payment. In the information I was emailed, it explains that a security question and answer is required and the answer I was supposed to use was also included. However when I went to make a payment, it showed that auto deposit was enabled. So naturally I became a bit skeptical. I even called specific people related to the matter, to make sure that they indeed did send my case over to this company. Once that was confirmed I began to receive more threatening emails giving me 48 deadlines. Might I also add that initially I was granted until the 15 of February ‘22 to make my full payment. By the 11th of February ’22 I received an email stating that they went ahead and proceeded with legal action and will be taking me to small claims court. I never had a problem paying. I wasn’t granted any kind of payment plan. And Reta Oraha was became very hostile which I believe is the sole reason she went ahead with legal action despite giving me until the 15th. It is indeed a shame.

I wish i had an option to give 0 stars to this company. I had a very very bad experience with Rita Orahal ext 220. she was very rude and disrespectful. she threatened me to pay the amount when i called to request an explanation and help since it came out of nowhere. When I said I will not pay the amount at this moment because in the email that she sent me, she wrote that I have 10 business days to pay it, she started to became very hostile and threatened to pay until 2:30 PM, otherwise she will contact my employer and stated that she has all my bank information. She did not even listen to what I was talking about and what I was asking about, she was just saying "you did not do your due diligence and i am not your babysitter" like for real? I haven't spoken to a horrible person like Rita. I can't explain how rude she was. very unprofessional.
