I would never go anywhere else. I’ve been going there since the salon opened. They always make you feel welcome. I go there for my mani and pedi. They provide great service with a smile.

My new favourite spot! I go for powder gel nails and pedicures and they are always thorough. Staff are really friendly, and the prices are great too! You won’t be disappointed.

Went for the first time today & had a horrible experience. I asked 4 times for shellac with a French manicure I ended up getting a white acrylic tip instead. The cuts were uneven and messy, she charged me for shellac and I never even got it. After they tried to do a design to fix it when I wasn't happy. I got a pedicure and the white tips weren't even. After I left the clear coat started to bubble. Never coming back here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Starting going a few months ago and it is safe to say I have found a nail salon I will be loyal too! Each and every one of the workers are so lovely and they do an amazing job. They never make you feel uncomfortable or push sales. 11/10 recommend!

VERY UNIMPRESSED. The quick points: -made an appointment for two pedi mani , they seemed unorganized and we waited a long time - received quickest pedi ever, bottoms of my feet felt untouched - we were there for so long my friend decided to not get polish on her hands just cleaned up - so two bad pedi’s , one mani, one nail clean up 3.5 hours later ! - totally over booked people, way too many people in the store (first day of phase 2 covid) - staff wore masks but overall sanitation was mediocre, too many people - bad customer service - staff was not that friendly (but also appeared over worked) I have had much better experiences at multiple salons so I felt that I should write this review, the tipping point was when I brought up my complaints when paying and felt that he was fairly rude. Long version: I normally do not write reviews but I felt the need to do so because this was my first time here and had such a bad experience while they have a high rating. I was there for over 3 hours (most of the time waiting around in different chairs) with my friend who also had never been there. We made an appointment for 10:30am last Friday and didn’t get out until 1:30pm, my friend didn’t even bother getting anything on her hands ! I received the quickest pedi of my life, only to have the bottom of my feet look/feel untouched... the employees kept not answering us or re-asking us what our appointment was for ... only to seem surprised when we would say we were getting our mani’s as well as pedi’s. I do understand this was their first day running post COVID but to touch on that I was also VERY unimpressed with the amount of people that were in the store ! They completely over booked people which is why we took so long and had terrible service, I’m very glad I chose to wear a mask. They also sat me next to a complete stranger to dry my nails and she was uncomfortable and left. The mani was not the greatest both paint on my hands and feet were averagely done. When I went to pay I told the guy that I was very upset with my pedi and we had been there for well over 3 hours so I asked if I could not pay full price for the pedi (I NEVER do this..). He said he’ll redo it now, which I had to decline because we had already been there for 3.5 hours with terrible service and had to leave .. plus my toes are already painted. I was expecting at the very least a 10% or 15% discount of some sort which I would have appreciated but he didn’t he said “we haven’t had any business so I can’t” and gave me full price. I understand being closed from covid is hard for many people but that shouldn’t mean I pay for bad service and any customer service goes out the window ?? So I didn’t tip but honestly if the man actually responded to my complaint with more understanding and maybe tried to do something for me price wise I probably would have tipped! I for once didn’t want to pay the full amount for a very bad pedicure that I wanted sooo long to get.

Ive gotten my nails done so many times here and they spend the time doing my nails nicely but the quality of their products is really bad! The fake nails always break on me within a few days after having them done, the shellac has faded on me within a day when ive never had that happen anywhere else. Not once or twice no this is happened now several times..I just had my nails done with just shellac (which usually lasts me 2 weeks anywhere else) after 2 days they were badly chipped on 5 nails! At this point its on me for continuing to go there so Im done, its sucks cause they are so close to my house but Its just not worth it.. Their pedi's seem fine and I had no issues with that but until they start getting better quality products I'm out!

I go here for my eye brows mostly and they do great job! Always happy with my eyebrows. I recently had my nails done here and they did an amazing job! Thank you! I highly recommend going here. Good prices, very clean, accessible, and always very friendly! Great customer service as well :)
